I can’t get hold of this company either…
Replied: Sunday 4th at 6:02pm - I know I can contact you via the email, but if you read my previous note, you would see I did not get an email. So please advise on next steps as I can’t follow your link.
I can’t get hold of this company either by phone or on their website. We were due to travel next Saturday, red funnel were great but can’t help me as they have not been paid, yet we have paid. It is utterly frustrating that there is not an email address or link ( we have not had an email, and no it is not in spam).
I am now at my wits end as what to do next!
sorryvyi have to complain like this, but I have no other way of getting through.

Covid emergency
Covid emergency, nobody supposed to travel unless absolutely essential and these people still won’t issue a refund. First time in my life I’ve booked a ferry. This was a once only trip x my 40th. I do not want or have any use for “travel credit”. I demand my money back!!!
