A first time experience as I messed up an booking flights an booked them for the week after, the night I this happened airlines were looking 200 pp which was disappointing. I booked a ferry for 40 for 2 people which was great for me an my pocket, first class food an the cabins are great!! Will never use airlines now to get over to England from Northern Ireland.

Straightforward to use
No problem at all , easy to use and made my booking with ease.
I needed to ask about a bus transfer and communication was excellent. All sorted within 24 hours. No having to check in your junk folder to see where or if your response was floating about somewhere,,, fantastic service all round,

Disappointed at charge for using credit…
Disappointed at charge for using credit card. This should have been made clear at start of process. Thought this was not legal anymore. Have not been charged extra for using credit card in travel bookings for some time now.
