Excellent customer service
I had to cancel my order after it shipped but Fireplace World were very understanding and even managed to instruct the courier to bring it back to the depot. As soon as it arrived back I got my refund. All told, this company was very easy to contact and very quick and efficient at cancelling my order. Would definitely recommend.

Neat efficient fire
Neat fire that is surprisingly realistic and not very noisy. Gives out a lot of heat. It has doors on the front which do not open. Controls are on the side in easy reach. The top should be kept clear . Delivery prompt and item well packaged.
