Needed to renew my house insurance
Needed to renew my house insurance but having diffeculties with the comparison sites, I requested a call from First2Protect. Spoke with Olly who was so helpfull and clear with a good understanding of the product we requird. He guided us through the process and answered all our querries making our decision to proceed simple and saving us a substantial amount of money as well.

I have been very frustrated with trying to pay for and sort out my insurance policy. It is extremely difficult if you have trouble with the portal and don’t have the correct mobile banking set up and this is definitely something that needs improving. However, I spoke to Lewis today who made the whole process very straightforward and managed to sort it out very quickly. So thank you Lewis

My first experience with First2Protect
Firstly, the phone was answered in double quick time which is reassuring from the beginning. Rosie your associate was courteous, knowledgeable and was honest in giving me relevant information to suit my needs which actually saved money as no unnecessary products were forced upon me. The ending summary was comprehensive and accurate reflecting our conversation. All in all a very pleasing experience.
