Overall i am very happy with everything. I ordered 5.2mm SPC flooring and it was easy to cut and laydown. We did have some damaged planks on the first order, but upon following the correct damaged goods policy, they sent me out replacement ones, which i received within 3 days of submitting the form! Don't even think twice, just get your project done, and don't look back. Thank you floor depot for everything. Delivery service great, order easy, quality outstanding 👌🏻

Nice flooring

I ordered our flooring online. Very pleased with the flooring. And i was contacted every step of the journey to actual delivery.
Only snag was the delivery guys refusal to help bring 16 packs of flooring to the door which meant my husband and son had to carry 16 packs up steps to house, which were heavy and bulky; which they were not too happy about.
Other than that, all good. Flooring is really nice.

Seriously never ever write reviews but the service I received from this company was unbelievable . So straightforward to order confirmation message came through straight away. Delivery in 3 days and the flooring I ordered was such good quality for the price would definitely recommend and a million percent would order again so refreshing to deal with a good company

I ordered SPC flooring 4 packs, when I received the packs off of the truck the packaging was intact showing no signs of damage, I took the packs into the property to acclimate before laying. Now this is what anyone purchasing should be aware of as they state that claims must be made within 48 hrs, however if you inspect and follow the guidance for laying 48 hrs will have passed and they will reject the claim. 2 packs had the same identical break in the corners rendering them useless. Now in practical terms it would be very unusual to remove and inspect every plank on arrival, its normal practice to use the boxes as you need them to prevent any damage. I have purchased another 2 packs as I need to complete the area asap. When I emailed their customer service 2 times, if I could, at the very least get a discount they completely ignored my emails. Now read their notice!
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, mark "DAMAGED GOODS" on the delivery note and tell us within 48 hours (with photos). You can report damage any time via our online damages portal.
I did inspect and boxes were intact as per images sent to floor depot Very poor customer service! After having to pay for 2 more packs and £80 for delivery again I got an email from Chloe at floor depot saying I could get a discount on the delivery, I replied that I had ordered already and received no reply appalling customer service
