FP have always been at the forefront of innovation introducing the first automatic franking machine, the first electronic franking machine, the first digital franking machine, first inkjet machine and more recently the first multi-carrier machine to meet the new de-regulated age. I had an amazing customer service with Sarah today. She quickly identified my problem, offered a solution and got me to a working machine. Sarah at FP was really helpful today when I was installing my new Postbase Mini - from telling me about the hidden bit of polystyrene, to explaining how to download the new postage! Customer service there is always great, and working solo it's great to have a helpful voice at the end of the telephone!
