As someone who doesn’t like to blind buy anything, blind buying a sofa seemed like a huge risk! However Furniture and Choice proved that I didn’t have to worry. My whole experience has been hugely positive.

Once we decided on the sofa style and colour, saw the price and discount, noted the short delivery time and company reviews it was an easy decision to make. And I’m so glad I did. The sofas arrived in just 6 days, delivered using a tracked delivery company who kept in contact so I knew exactly when they were arriving. They were taken into the space required and, with very little construction required, in use within 20 minutes.

They are high quality, very comfortable and exactly as described. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their service.

The furniture is gorgeous. Its plush and comfortable. Only drawback was the delivery team. They didnt want to bring the furniture in and left us with alot of plastic and wood. Not very friendly at all.

I ordered a sofa costing £1,500, delivered 27 August 2026. Upon unboxing it (once our lounge redecorations finished), I discovered a tear right on a fabric crease on the arm ,clearly a manufacturing defect.

What followed was really poor service from the start. I sent clear photos, and their customer service immediately claimed it was accidental damage caused in my home, flat-out refusing to help, rude and dismissive, no proper investigation. It felt like they just wanted to brush me off.

After pushing back hard, they finally agreed to send an independent inspector from Emmiera Group. Today, 1 October 2026, the inspector attended ,and ruled fully in my favour. He confirmed the fault was a manufacturing issue, not accidental damage at all. He carried out a repair on site and will be issuing a full written report.

The repair is welcome, but it never should have reached this point. The company wrongly denied liability from day one, wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and forced me to fight for something that was clearly their responsibility. It shouldn't take an independent inspection just to get them to do the right thing.

Advice to others: Document everything, take photos immediately on delivery, and be prepared to stand your ground, they will try to shift blame first. Thankfully the inspector was professional and fair, which is more than I can say for the company itself.

Would I recommend them? Honestly, no not with this kind of initial response.

Quick delivery. Very happy with the Oxford dining chairs, nice and sturdy.

The sofa looks and feels great. Quick delivery, and easily assembled by two men. One small fault- when i picked up the arm i heard a rattle. It turned out to be one of the fittings that the legs screw into had come out. The others were all ok and i felt that two bolts would be good enough and saved sending the whole box back for an exchange. Thank you.
