The entire process of buying the furniture was simple and easy.

Friendly staff. Were available with any assistance but also left you to wander and relax.

The staff were very good, I did find it odd the yellow sticker on the settee said delivered in seven days but when we ordered it we were told three to five weeks plus it wasn’t really the ticket price because delivery is £150 on top.

Customer service was very good, Sian was not pushy and gave us time to make an informed decision.
Considering Sian is relatively new to furniture sales her product knowledge was good and what she didn't know she found out.

Very good experience-was offered tea and coffee and left to browse without any pressure to buy. When we did decided to purchase a sofa, Andrew was great. Very attentive and informative-thorough with the paperwork ensuring he answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Salesman was very helpful, without being pushy, which is good. Very good range of dining furniture. Were able to view at our leisure, although salesman was on hand if required. We are looking forward to getting our dining chairs in 7 to 10 days.
