The lady was very helpful explained everything , and helped us choose the right item for us .

Staff very helpful and polite, not pushy

Customer service was exceptional. Dean Laker went above and beyond with his knowledge and expertise.

Went into the Crawley store and were offered help by Jon Nye. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but also left us to browse and take our time choosing our dining table. Once we had chosen he guided us through the sales process and various options. He talked us through everything and it was thoroughly explained. An overall very pleasant experience so thanks Jon!

The young fella called John very helpful in every way.Thankyou.Lovely shop.

Immediately looked after by the staff. Not pushy at all - just very polite and there if we needed them. Offered a drink straight away and then left to walk around at our leisure.

A big shout-out to Cameron, Ben and Loxley, who delivered and assembled my bedroom furniture today.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and finished within the expected time. They did an excellent job assembling the furniture and were extremely careful and considerate throughout. There wasn’t a single mark on the furniture, and I really appreciated the care they took with my carpet — they wore shoe coverings and put carpet protectors down before getting started.

Really lovely, professional and respectful guys. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived when they said. Polite and efficient and no fuss…

Andrew was very helpful with my shopping experience today. 21/9/2026

We came into the store just to have a look around at some furniture, with no intention of buying anything yet. However, when Dean came over to help us, his friendly approach, knowledge, and excellent customer service really made a difference. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through our options without making us feel pressured. In the end, he managed to convince us to make a purchase! We’re really happy with our experience and would like to thank Dean for his outstanding service and help.

Dean Laker was really great, he was helpful and explained things well. We were initially just going to browse but after speaking to him we ended up getting a sofa and a bed

Incredibly knowledgable and patient sales advisor - Matthew in Crawley

Dean helped us so much. He remembered us from a previous visit and nothing was too much trouble. Even moving a dining table to help us decide which one to buy!
