I bought Sony RX iv camera, and because of very low price (and free shipping with no tax) I was little afraid that I will end up with gray market camera in my hands. Gray market camera means :
a. No US warranty
b. No firmware updates
To my surprise, I got US market camera, in perfect brand new condition, and with very good shipping time.
I am very happy with this product and service.
Saved me lots of $$$

Product received was a gray market replacement but seems to working with no known issues as of yet. The warranty on the Tamron America product is 6 years SLAA apposeed to the 1 year on what was recieved

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. No invoice was emailed to me as soon as I placed the order, no shipping notification was sent. Customer help line was not friendly at all. And the shipping box were two boxes stuck together. Just sad...

Ordered a Samsung NX3000 for roughly $384. Got it within a few business days, which was awesome. Opened the box to find two accessories that should have been included were missing (SEF8A external flash and iLauncher software). Not awesome. Called customer service. No apologies. Told me everything should be in the box. Then he suggested I send everything back for an exchange. So I did. Emailed customer service a few times too just to confirm, and the person I was corresponding with seemed a bit nicer. Might even be the same person to be honest. Anyway. Just got my "exchange" today, and guess what? Seems like they just wanted me to go out of my way to send them the camera so they could send it back to me, because that was pretty much what happened. I got the same items back. Missing accessories are, shockingly, still missing. Will be calling customer service tomorrow for a full refund. Unless they want to go out of their way to send me the freaking missing accessories without my having to drive my butt back to UPS to return the original package.

Called customer service and got a callback from a nice gentleman named Nick. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered a complimentary memory card for the camera I had purchased as well as a $30 partial refund. He said he checked with Samsung and the kit that was purchased does not come with the flash, which they will update on their site. Anyway. The partial refund posted today and the memory card came in the mail the other day. The memory card is 16GB, which is cool; however, it does not fit the camera I had purchased from them. The camera can only hold a micro SD, and the one that was sent is a regular sized one. Emailed customer service to offer to send it back to them as I have no use for it. Nick responded the same day and told me to keep the memory card and that he would send another memory card (one that will fit my camera, I presume). If not for Nick and his willingness to turn my entire experience with Gadget Circuit around, this updated review would have been a pretty harsh one.

So here is my final review:
5 stars for customer service, fast shipping, and super low prices.
Buy from them if you find something that you want/need and you see that their price is lower than others. If things don't turn out the way that they should (which can happen from time to time, and with every company (believe me)), you will at least know customer service will be there to make things right for you.

I was having problems with my order the day before, within the same day i had a called a couple of times to find a solution to my shipping address problem. While the representatives have a code to follow and couldn't provide me with a solution within the moment, the company manage to take matters into their own hands and fixed it the next day making so i received my product prior to the next day it was intentionally suppose to arrive. I received my package as marketed on the website. They really do appreciate their customers and the service they provide. Would purchase from this site again! Love my camera guys thanks!

Ordered Nikon 5200 camera on Tuesday - received it on Thursday with regular shipping! Also, checked the internet for weeks, and this was the best price for this camera.

The product arrived on time and as advertised. The pricing was great. I would recommend Gadget Circuit.

My entire package was in Chinese, directions, warranty etc. I was highly disappointed. I can't register the lens in the US with the Chinese warranty.

I ordered a Nikon D5500 body only. The product came in a box for bundle kit. There were no manuals or CD's that normally come with a NEW camera. Not sure how they can get away with falsely advertising something as new when it's not even coming in the correct box.

I did give it 2 stars because the camera does operate, but I have no idea how long it's been used for.

Camera came without listed flash, that was a listing error. As compensation they refunded me the amount for the flash and mailed a SD card. I would recommend GadgetCircuit.
