I had read some negative reviews, but my experience was totally positive from the manner of help to the time involved from placing the order to receipt of the camera I purchased.

like the camera, however, in website description of the item it has been mentioned that the camera is new. The product that I received is definitely either an open-box item or a used item, which has been taken care of perfectly, but it is not new. It looks like somebody did something with the box, such as taking of the serial number label!! There is an hot ironing mark on one side of the box! Moreover, the box is altered, as it originally was a kit item box, and somebody opened and removed the lens. I really liked the camera but they should mention that the box is damaged or item is open box, do some adjustments on price, as if I want to sell or trade in this later nobody is going to accept this box from me as it has been altered. I emailed them for adjustment and they just send me a generic email that they confirm it is new! It is not as the box is damaged! New product should come in undamaged box!

Edit #1: Nick from the Cust. Service called me just one day after posting the first review, and he was willing to help. He gave me some options. I thought about them and few days ago decided to return the item just because I did not feel comfortable to keep a $1000 product when I am not sure about its situation. He was again very understanding and professional. So, so far after-sale customer service is really good compare to many other online stores. I am adding another star for that part, and I am going to edit this one more time once I receive my refund smoothly too. The store customer service really started to impress me.

I ordered a Camera after 1pm 1 hr later got email shipped, I've ordered a lot off the net but this was the best so far. Came in on time with tracking # and looked and worked great. They have been added to my check 1st list for sure !!

Not sure why this was the case, but it was my impression that I was buying a brand new Nikon SB-700, but now I'm not so sure that's what I got. When the package arrived, the Nikon box was not sealed and besides a lonely warranty slip, there was nothing else there. No manual was included. So, I kept the flash because it worked great and looked in good order, but I'm not so sure whether I received a Grey Market version of an "open" piece of gear.
