When you phone, someone knowledgeable and helpful answers. That right there is a win.
Thanks Garage Doors Online.

Very pleased with garage door, easy to assemble, great quality, delivery driver very helpful. Thanks

Excellent service from all the guys very helpful throughout the process...
Many thanks to Laura,Carrol & Keeley

I was looking for a roller door and garage doors online came up. I was a bit reluctant to measuring up myself and getting it wrong. I called them up and spoke to Kevin who was more than helpful with guiding me through the process and explaining what else I may also need like the cover for the box.
I never felt pressured into making the purchase so placed the order with him over the phone.
Within 5mins I had a confirmation email with details of what else I needed to do to complete the purchase.
I received an email from Carroll confirming that everything has been confirmed and the order has been sent for production.
A few days later I received a message from Keeley with a delivery date and kept me updated all the way through to delivery.
The delivery driver gave me a call 1/2 hour before he turned up so wasn’t waiting in all day.
The roller door turned up in 3 parts with an instruction Qr code so there wasn’t any bits of paper blowing away in the wind. Really straight forward to fit but definitely need two people for installation. Was fitted in a few hours.
Really impressed with the final product. It feels well made and the powder coated finish is excellent.
The staff that dealt with my order were fantastic from start to finish. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new garage door.

I unfortunately suffered a major break in to my garage a couple of months ago. After getting quotes to have doors replaced, l decided to fit the new doors myself and order new doors competitively priced from Laura Rowley sales manager at Garage doors online. Laura guided me carefully through the measurements and answered my many many questions re the doors and how they would look and operate.
I would recommend the company for its customer care and Laura in particular for excellent customer service in getting the best deal and solution for my needs

Laura and the team were a great help when ordering. The website contains loads of useful information to help make up your mind and guide you through measuring. The ordering process is simple, and any extras that were added were confirmed by email very promptly. The Hormann rollmatic t door is excellent quality, well packaged and promptly delivered in a huge trailer wagon by a great driver who phoned early on the morning of delivery, then again about one hour before arriving. My brother an myself installed the door in one and a half days, amateurs of course, but both in or 70s, still enjoying good diy project. In addition I couldn't find a better price by some distance. Many thanks to Laura and everyone at garagedoorsonline.

The remote for my Hörmann garage door failed, and local suppliers just told me it was an out of date model. GarageDoorsOnline were able to identify and supply the correct successor unit. Even more importantly, Keeley Warren had the patience to help me through the process of getting it to work. This was a serious task - coping with an inadequate manual, a non-standard installation of my door, and myself as a technical novice unfamiliar with what needed doing - which took several iterations! Thanks again.

Great Customer service from Keeley & Laura. Very quick at getting back to me with any queries I had. Kevin was also great with technical help to make sure we we ordering exactly what we needed. Delivery was on time, and well informed. We are yet to put up the door, but everything has been great. Would use them again.

I got a good deal on a door, which came as expected.
It was easy to deal with this company and the delivery was super good.

I've had my GarageDoorsOnline electric roller garage door for a year now and i love it. It was purchased as a DIY install, i followed the instructions and all went well, the key to it is precision in aligning and spacing the two side channels, i used Gripfill to set in place before adding screws once the Gripfill had fully dried. Installing the slatted curtain is really a two man job but you can get by with a makeshift pulley system /hoist, but does need a lot of planning, the slats are heavy and can unroll when you are least expecting (!)

Second garage door actuator purchased from GarageDoorsOnline for a new home. Full range of products and good prices. Great customer service from Laura Rowney who confirmed order details and followed up to confirm delivery dates.
Buy with confidence and great customer support.

Professional to deal with..polite...easy quick order process...arrived on ....correct size..easy to fit....many thanks...

Needed a door for a new build garage , wanted a quality brand at a good price with tech support as was installing myself,
Garagedoorsonline delivered all of these,
Thanks to Laura Rowney and the team.

Bought my 2nd door from them and had excellent service for a 2nd time. Even had a bag of sweets in box this time while I checked the improvements from the 1st door) Had a slight issue after a few months which was dealt with very well.
… 3rd door to be ordered very soon 👍🏼

Good product and great customer service.

Absolutely amazing service, so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not a Garage Door specialist, just a DIY. They help with how to measure and the fitting instructions are so simple to understand too. Prices are really reasonable too, highly recommend this company.

GDP pro steel doors - they are superb quality, well made, value for money. Also arrived sooner than expected. We are really impressed and would definitely recommend. (Husband is a joiner and advised if fitting yourself it’s a two person job and not suitable for DIYers)

Nice and easy to order, very good quality for the money

excellent product communication and service

Fabulous service from this company. We liaised with Keeley Warren, who kept us well informed throughout the order and delivery process for which we are very grateful.
