Very happy with the my garage door purchase from GDO.
I did find some manufacturing issues with the door but sometimes these things happen. I contacted Keeley at GDO and she was very helpful and concerned about putting things right.
A new door was supplied and fitted promptly and now looks and works a treat. Their driver was friendly, efficient and it was no problem for him to drive over a 100miles to get here.
Great work! Thanks!Au

Second Hormann garage door I have ordered from them. Kevin and Carrol are always there to help and pick up the phone which let's face it, is pretty rare these days. They are at the mercy of the manufacturers with delivery windows but have always been very helpful chasing them up for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Hormann who supplied the door though. They have been very difficult to deal with from the get go and refuse to sort problems out in a timley manner. They also dont understand the law and customers rights.

Fantastic quality doors, kept informed at every stage of the process and fast delivery.
Great experience all round, would definitely order from them again

Good communication from the vendor with goods ready earlier than originally expected. Doors were good quality, made to my exact specification and were easy to fit.

Great service and value

Very helpful customer service. Assisted with selecting the right awning and fabric colour.

Laura & Keeley provided me with excellent customer service and made email communication so easy regarding my order. Thanks,

Great customer support service from Laura and Keeley today really knowledgeable regarding the product and pulled out all the stops to get it delivered within 48 hours! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ many thanks Luke.

Great customer service and extremely helpful choosing the right product.

I bought a side hinged doors to fit onto my carport which Im converting into a garage. The quality is exceptional and it was fairly straightforward to fit. The whole process from ordering, dealing with a few questions I had about locks, changing the delivery date to fit with work and finally the delivery itself was fantastic.

Excellent support with choosing the best doors for my double garage.
Delivery was also excellent

I've ordered a number of garage doors from Garagedoorsonline over the last few years, and always find them to be helpful, checking and clarifying the many details related to the doors, the delivery, and the installation. Carrol and Keeley have always responded quickly to queries, which helps move the process along, with phone calls from them reminding when the doors are due for delivery, and getting a 30 minute advance call from the driver. Really helpful when running a construction project.

Great customer service from sales and Keeley in the support team.
Speedy response to our query relating to the garage door.
The delivery driver was fantastic and took great care unloading the doors.
I don't plan to build another garage yet, but if I do, I will certainly use garagedoorsonline!

The canopy we had made was of the highest quality, exactly what we wanted. We're very pleased with the result and appreciated being kept well informed throughout the process.
