I've been saving with Park on and off for years. This year I've been selling stuff on Vinted/Ebay and have made a point of checking my bank account every time I make a transaction or buy something and then transferring the change into my Park account (it has to be at least £5 - so if I have for example £168.74 in my account I transfer the £8.74). It's been a painless way of saving and I've already paid off my target amount so have added more spend anywhere cards to my order. I know if I did the same with my savings account I would just dip into it so this method has really helped me ☺️

I had a few problems regarding payments not showing on my account. They were quick to solve the issue and put my mind at ease. Honestly the customer service is 5*

I have been a customer for over 5 years and cannot recommend Park enough. I am on a low income and it is a great way to save a little money so that I can have some treats over the Christmas/festive period. Five star service. Thank you.

Used park before in past but decided to use again this year oringally ordered 200 love to shop vocher but cut it down to 100 as circumstances changed as of Feb 2026 nearly paid for order only got another 30 to pay so maybe in March I order again but easterly for me to pay by card than direct debit but good company for saving for food shop for xmas

Park is a brilliant way to plan ahead for Christmas. I like that I can adjust my savings target if my circumstances change. Everything is simple to manage, and knowing I’ve already saved up means I can actually enjoy the festive season without worrying about money

Easy to set up and can pay by direct debit each month so no fear of forgetting to make payment.

Saves me paying for Xmas on my credit card and then paying it all off in Jan, Feb & March.

Love2shop cards are accepted at all the retailers I shop at, so very convenient.

used park for years spent 1000s on grocery hampers every year so exciting hampers are christmas to many...
why cant you just do one? like your amazing empire which could be brought whole or just freezer fresh tins etc others must miss them!

Why do you get drawn into saving with these. Heard of a didlem,thats how we saved for Christmas.
I hope we aren't going to have this thrown in our faces until Christmas,it drives people crackers.

2025 was the first time using Park.

Signing up took the stress out from having to fund for everything all at once and the ordering process was super easy.

2026 order is already in and on my way to paying it off.

Absolutely terrible. I had an order which I paid into all year, they sent the wrong card out so I couldn’t use it for my Christmas Eve shop for food which I had planned to. So they arranged a refund, I am still waiting for it in the 6th January. There seems no rush to get my money back to he at all, no offer of goodwill for this massive inconvenience and poor service, and I have 2 payments coming out of my bank today which I can’t pay as I have not had my money back yet and will probably get bank charges for bouncing direct debits. Terrible and will not use again.

UPDATE as it won’t let me reply to your comment James, but I still do not have the money, and why you have bothered to reply on here yet no one has bothered to contact me directly, just backs up the poor service.

Such a shame they stopped doing food hampers, could have done with them the past few years. Saving all year knowing you could put food on the table at Christmas. Was with them for many years, taking over from an agent who I bought through before that. Stopped when they decided not to do food hampers.

I received vouchers which were a total of £200 from Park Hampers in 2025 but when I wanted to pay for my xmas shopping, it was declined. This happened several times and I had to pay this in cash or with my debit card. I contacted Park Hampers and I asked if the vouchers could be replaced with sainsburys gift cards but the were refused. I returned the declined cards back to Park Hampers. Never again

I phoned earlier today about an issue with the code on my Amazon card (I scratched off some of the code) and both members of the team were very polite and efficient and got the issue sorted within a couple of hours. Great service.
