I have saved with Park Hampers for many years and they have enabled me to ensure a no stress Christmas.
I would wholly recommend to save with Park to ensure Christmas is less stressed and more enjoyable.

My customers and I have saved with Park for many years and it's a fantastic way to budget for Christmas . I just wish the competitions would be open to us all as I don't do any social media so can't enter them and I do find that frustrating to be honest.

absolutely amazing

I've been with Park for years now and it's just so great i can get vouchers and gift cards spread the cost and then Christmas is covered and i don't have to worry about it coming out of one or two wages and getting gifts all year and having no room for them, I just love park even when they did the food hampers yeah I was guttered when they stopped doing them but things in life change and I can still get the food I want now with the vouchers so keep up the great work you do

Will think twice about using again

I have used park for years to save all year and get vouchers in November to have ready for the sales and Black Friday.

This year they have decided to withhold them from me for some reason and I’ve had to ask can I have my £450.

I’ve missed all the sales and Black Friday and now I’ve had a response to say I should receive them by the 15th December just 9 shopping days before Christmas and bare in mind I can’t physically go out shopping I use delivery services so now I have to hope that the busiest time of the year for posting that I get them in time and I also get delivery spots before Christmas.

Please be careful people before you trust this company and think your Christmas is sorted cause it clearly may not be the case they are a massive let down and I’m not holding out hope I will have time to buy my Christmas presents.

I have booked Disneyland for 3rd December and wanted to buy the children’s clothes with some of the vouchers and that clearly won’t happen now.

After checking your account, we can see that the final Direct Debit on 01/10/25 was returned, which resulted in an outstanding balance on the account.

As part of our process, we’re unable to send orders until the account is fully paid.

Your order was then reduced online, and the remaining balance was paid on 26/11/25.

Your order is now fully processed and awaiting shipment. You will receive an SMS as soon as it is on its way to you.

Excellent customer service!
Having saved with park for a few years now, this is the first year I have had to contact the customer care team- I cannot applaud them enough!
A very silly mistake of my own making that very quickly could have led to much Christmas panic, very quickly became a moment of calm, thanks to the kindness and speediness of the support from the Park team! Thank you.
Highly recommend!

I’ve been a agent for park over 30 years and knowing Christmas is all paid for from presents to food is amazing putting a little a side with me every month all my customers love it when I hand them there vouchers every November

Disappointing experience

I used park Christmas for couple of years and as much as I liked the idea of paying monthly and having nice amount to spend before Christmas I forgot that last year I had problems with using this card in shop until it happened again this year. I went to crew clothing where my card was declined and I left feeling embarrassed, I contacted love to shop but I had no reply, so I tried in peacocks where I was able to pay with my card, so then I went to fatface where once again my card was declined! Luckily it’s a pay day so I still paid for my purchase to save an embarrassment, but this will be the last time I will use purpurle card through park Christmas as it should been a nice experience but it turning to be a stressful disaster, and o don’t even know how to contact them to raise the issue as when I press contact us by email I have lost of issues with suggested answers and I would like to ask someone direct why despite of using the listed shops my purchase is declined? And how I can cancel the next year which I already started as I won’t be dining this again

Both Peacocks and FatFace are approved retailers for the Purple Gift Card, and we sincerely apologise that your card was unexpectedly declined at their tills. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

You can also cancel or amend your orders at any time through your online account if needed.

Park has made my Christmas easy

Park has made my Christmas so much easier the last two years , if there’s a problem or you need help with something they ready to help in anyway they can and really quickly to respond, I shall be using park again for next Christmas it’s so easy to order and pay every week/month! I would recommend it to everyone it makes life so much easier especially when like me you have a lot of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Why not give it a try you will be so leased you did

A huge let down this year …

After previous positive experiences with park this year has been really disappointing and stressful. Had nothing but issues with our cards so far with them not working or having to call for Love2shop vouchers that we had to exchange in the app not then coming through. Staff were helpful and rectified the missing voucher but after being reassured our other cards will work again, they haven’t! Resulting in having to use other allocated monies for bills at the tills multiple times and 3 failed attempts at online orders now leaving us in a pickle as we can’t use the saved monies to purchase things. We’ve decided we won’t be using them again as it’s just caused us stress and made it really difficult financially for us when we had made sure we had saved to not be struggling so much.

As long as the retailer is listed as accepting the card, the payment should go through — for example, with the Purple Gift Card or the Love2shop Gift Card.

The Your Choice Gift Card can be used anywhere.

I also want to apologise for any inconvenience caused if the retailer’s tills wouldn’t allow your transaction to go through.

So easy to do, the staff are fab, so helpful & friendly everytime - even if you ask stupid question as I have haha.

I love park vouchers im just abit sad…

I love park vouchers im just abit sad this year as the £5.00 worth of points for Boots store isn't in them this year I love collecting Boots store points .
That's my only problem apart from this I love them had them for over 40 years every year.
