Worst internet provider. Wifi plans are ridiculously expensive, and they don’t even have any customer service that we reach out to for our concerns VIA PHONE. Their chat supports are useless, even the app. I’ve been trying to cancel our plan for almost a year now, and they can’t even process it.

Internet is so slow (unless maybe you're using postpaid)
Our Converge Internet is waiting for repair but converge maintenance is also slow, it's been almost 2 weeks no internet already, si I ended up registering to globe mobile data and it sucks. You can't even search Google without waiting for minutes. Its mostly 0.01KB/s to below 5KB/s. 🙄 It's so frustrating.
Poor Overall Customer Service
The customer service for prepaid customer is overwhelming and doesn't offer an actual solution, instead they will give some "info" and things to keep in mind which is something very basic and everyone should know about when registering to a specific plan. They also don't interact over the phone with prepaid customers making customer support a frustrating experience for prepaid customer which I suppose they neglect customer who uses a prepaid sim.
When I was in the US, carriers treat every customer equally on the phone which builds trust to the clients, causes a positive impact to the users and makes the customer stay and share their experience to other people all because their customer service representative are highly being trained so we'll before they get to answer customer calls over the phone so why can't Globe do the same?

Globe One App has been broken ever since you decided to fix something that wasn’t broken.
Is there a problem with Globe One App and Apple iPhone. I have spent hours trying to get app to respond to Number Data input. Have followed all instructions and advice from Globe online help but to no avail. Have app installed on an iPhone 7 Plus and an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
New login procedure just does not respond to number input after going through new login identify procedure. Everything goes well until it asks for the registered number. It then responds. Please use or enter a valid number. Please enter globe at home number after entering number.
Driving me sira. My number is valid and registered. But to no avail. After closing app and opening uli, my account can be seen behind pop up’s that keep asking me to input a valid number, even when I can see it in the background. Valid and registered. But popups still block app from opening…. My fix around this is. If I can manage to tap the screen in the right spot between the popup screens I can gain access. Once the page opens I have all current data. Credit balance etc. if I go off that page to load or search, it goes back to popup blocking access. HELP HELP HELP

Not worthy of 1 star. If I can rate 0, i will gladly rate them. 4 tech already that went to our house to fix the line yet no one was able to do it. I keep on asking help. Was promised that they will give me rebate yet none. Was charged for monthly for nothing. I haven't used their net already due to their bad service. Was told that I can't cancel my contract without paying them. Lol. It's your fault that your employees are not working their part. You're asking me to pay for it yet you didn't do your part. Very bad service!! First of all, no fix charge. They upgraded our internet without even notifying us. From P1499 monthly charge, it became P1899 and we have no connection for 3 days already without prior notice. Customer Service is so hard to contact. Terrible service! Don't ever use Globe Telecom!

They do not deserve even this sole star!!! We have been disconnected from the wifi for some reason and no body is coming to fix it. We tried contacting them through their useless bot - nothing! I suggest you look for an alternative. Avoid Globe wifi at all cost!

Happy to call saying the bill needs to be paid when its paid.. You ring with issues about getting no internet and never get a call back. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!. The lack of customer service blows me away. Only staff seems to chase bills that are already paid. We are 11 days without internet, and you can't call anyone. If you get a call back after 7 days and they say we will look into this. 4 days later nothing.
Disappointing Experience as a Globe Platinum Subscriber
As a Globe platinum subscriber, I have had a negative experience with the service I have received. Despite being promised immediate accommodation when visiting one of their stores, in reality, the wait times have been lengthy and I have been treated the same as any other customer.
Additionally, I have noticed no significant difference in network performance between my platinum subscription and my friends who use Globe's prepaid or lower postpaid plans. This is frustrating, particularly as my subscription promised priority network access.
I had hoped that being a platinum subscriber would result in receiving a higher level of quality of service, but instead, I have found myself disappointed by my time with Globe. I would advise others to be aware of their promises, as they do not always live up to them.
My recent experience at the Globe store in MOA has been disappointing. I visited the store to update my sim and was told by the staff that I would receive my esim via email within 15 to 20 minutes. However, it has been an hour since then, and I have yet to receive an email.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, it is important to uphold promises made, particularly with regards to timely service delivery. In this case, I felt let down by the company as their failure to deliver on their promise has inconvenienced me and my daily routines.
Moving forward, Globe and their staff should work towards ensuring that promises are kept and improvements are made to their internal communication to avoid customers from being disappointed.

Worst I’ve ever experienced. But I’m an American and my expectations are not in line with the non functional entities of the Philippines or Filipino time!

Worst service provider ever. Very poor signal anywhere both urban and rural areas. They don't know how to deal with network congestion.

Pretty poor experience. Lost access to the internet. Gave me the usual turn off and turn on, beck connections. Did this and then they kept closing the ticket when it didn’t work. Then told there was work going on on the area which I did
not accept.several tweets later and problem still not fixed. Seems like the call centre can only suggest two options. Anything more complicated and they cannot help.
FREE SIM UPGRADE SCAM
I used to own an older model phone which had a 3G sim and when I bought a new phone I thought I would avail their "FREE SIM UPGRADE". But when I got to TWO of their stores the agents in each store told me that they were out of free 5G sims and if I really wanted I could avail their 599 sim-only postpaid plan, which she explicitly said was "open-contract" and I could port my number back to prepaid in 1 month. Lo and behold, she did not disclose that this "open-contract" plan had a hidden 3-month lock-in period, and so here I am in this predicament, paying 599 a month for a service I don't need (prepaid promos equivalent to this plan only costs around 300 per month). All I wanted was a 5G sim and to retain my number because I am using it for Gcash and Maya. Just choose another service provider kung ayaw ninyo MABUDOL!

First, CESS who dropped the chats after I’ve been waiting for more than 15mins.it took me 30minutes to speak with her for nothing. She just suddenly dropped the chat when I provided all complete details with more than what she asked for to verify account.
Second, JM who is replying every 7minutes for the first 2 chats then 3rd chat took 9mins. With all questions just repeating. Would you like to verify your account when I have informed hin yes, i already provided him all the details as he is taking too long.
I wasted more than 1hour for nothing.
