Never failed to disappoint

if I can rate a 0, I would. No option to chat (chat support took 12 hrs to answer to my concern in messenger). If you have problems with your sim, you're already fcked.
Went to their physical store and still no means to assist me.

Disgraceful non-existent service

Disgraceful. The only support you can get when you're not in philipines seems to be through their globeone app, so if your concern is that you can't log into the app because you didn't receive the stupid one time pin code that they're supposed to send via sms then there's nothing you can do, you cant pay your bills, you cant change your plan, you cant get support, etc etc. What kind of logic is that? I hate their app's stupid 2 factor authentication system. If this company ever goes bankrupt, I'll break out the champagne.

Globe has the worst customer service

Globe has the worst customer service. Imagine, I have to wait 3 hours just to be accommodated regarding my sim recovery. I submitted an affidavit of loss because I had to dispose my phone due to the battery became bloated and not even one phone technician can open it. They advised me to dispose as it might explode. The phone is made of solid steel (basic china phone). I waited for an update as they said they will contact me to no avail. It has been my number for almost 12 yrs and take note it was registered early this year and they won't let me recover my number that's also used as my Gcash. Worst customer experience ever.

Globeone fail

They promote the globe on app and they removed the customer service hotline.... then it redirects you to a bot in facebook chat before you get to a chat with the most useless representatives you can talk to. They say they can't process your inquiry and there was an error or whatever drivel and says they are processing and they never contact you again..... removing the hotline was the most stupid move they could make.

FINALLY SWITCHING TO ANOTHER ISP AFTER 12 YEARS...

I had been a loyal customer of Globe for over 12 years and have not had any serious complaints during that duration. However, recently, their service had become very poor, with the internet getting slower and slower each day. At first, I thought it was only temporary and would probably be fixed in the next few days, but apparently it was only getting worse. I have never had experienced this level of frustration with this ISP in those 12 years I had been using their service. Their customer service was even worse. I reached out to them via messenger and within just 24 hours, my complaint remained unresolved, with the agents just passing me around and no one willing to help me with my concern. I spoke to four different agents in those 24 hours and not a single one provided a solution. They would only ask about my concern and then stop responding. Several hours later, another agent would reach out again, asking the same question and then leave me hanging again. Incompetent agents! I am very done with this internet service provider. BYE!

Exploitive Policies to squeeze more money from you.

They will take your money more than you need to pay. Paid a mobile data plan of P2499 on Nov 4, wanted to down grade and was told I must change it by Nov 17. Did So, but I must pay the new plan of P1,499. I asked if I can wait until Dec 3rd so to not waste my 1 month of P2499, they said no, and there’s no way around it. So I was forced to pay P1499 and wasted P2499 for that same month. They’ll try to squeeze money from you with their exploitive policies.

Everyone's so useless. Takes weeks to fix a connection. Advanced payment? Trash provider, I don't know why this business still open. Saying best 5g service provider. Hope you guys will live forever.

Garbage

Garbage. If you are a foreigner and you come to the Philippines do not even think to purchase this garbage at the airport. It is like signing for a scam. Their internet does not work most of the times, forget high speed, you can´t even open your email. And of course forget about pairing your laptop, doing teleconferences or downloading. And ZERO costumer service. I have had SMART and this garbage, I will go for SMART again on my next trip.

WORST customer service!! Your hotline is useless!
USELESS at All!
There is no way to talk to a human, all AI.
There should be NO stars in this rating but you could not leave a feedback without it. What a shame! WORST Ever!

this company is the biggest con ever…

this company is the biggest con ever omg unlimited means unlimited unless you are with globe the most useless company ever terrible signal and you get messages all the time about fair use policy ? what a joke i probably get to watch around 3 videos a month and very slow signal also , they slow you down when you use about 1 gb omg for 1000 peso what an absolute joke and customer service just does not exist . please stay away from this absolute con , they are the worst ever joke and corrupt just like everything else in the philippines . And of course i dont expect them to reply to me as they never do anyway . Totally useless and waste of money and time . please everyone change your network provider to someone else who will at least let you watch some videos and contact your family unlike this joke of a network . Total disgrace Globe Telcom

Shady and corrupt

Terrible customer support, shady repair crew, you have to give them coke, maybe a tip, if you want to expect them to do anything. I suspect they have sabotaged the fiber installation so that I need to have them again, and of course, they made me pay.
At least fiber works fine after all this.

We just arrived in the Philippines on…

We just arrived in the Philippines on Sept. 25th. Our nephew suggested using Globe so we bought a Globe sim card to register from a Globe store. The clerk tried to register the sim card just to be advised that Globes system was unavailable at that time. I tried every day for 5 days and got the same reply. This is absolutely ridiculous service. I then bought a Smart Sim card and had no issues registering it and the call quality is excellent. My advise "Don't buy Globe Sim Cards". I checked numerous Reviews and it seems that Globe is consistent in their poor service.

WORST customer service provided ever

WORST customer service provided ever. Why just tell us that you don't want to assist us.

Technically speaking your hotline is useless. We are calling to your hotline cause obvoiusly your GIE messenger and other line is not helpful.

So there is no way to talk to a human all AI.

Fiber high prices for unstable service

Fiber high prices for unstable service. Whatever that fiber board that connects all the nearby customers get fiddled with, my fiber gets disconnected even when our line isn't being the one being repaired. The workers don't even give so much as a heads up that they're gonna fix something. Atleast a fricking headsup to prevent costly internet disruptions.

That's just one of the many issues Globe Fiber has. They get away with it because there's not much of a choice in certain areas.

Poor Service

I reported an internet issue last Aug-29 at 5AM. I requested to get a technician visit and someone came in the afternoon that same day and found out that a wire was cut going to the box and needs to be replaced. It was raining that afternoon and they advised to come the next day. I waited, and no one turned up. I called their hotline, and you can't speak to a person. Then I received notification that it was rescheduled the next day. I am frustrated as it impacted my work. Then another promise made saying they will make sure to visit today Aug-31 and again, no one came, no one notified. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how you operate and will make sure the people I know to transfer to a different provider. I will terminate my service with Globe and will even pay the termination fee just to get out from this. This is ridiculous, and I have been paying the bill religiously without any hitch! and this is what I will get in return!

WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!! Don’t even attempt to open an account with them. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER’S CONCERN. ALWAYS MAKING YOU WAIT TO HAVE YOUR CONNECTION FIXED AND YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. If I can give 0 as a rating, that would fit the type of service that they are giving!
