it’s been 2 weeks and still, we have no wifi!!!!! we already just got it fixed a week ago because of the fire that caused it near our area. And now, it’s because they said that they are trying to relocate the wires!! Okay i get it and i understand but they have informed us that they will schedule a visit to our house BUT NO ONE CAME. FOR THE THIRD TIME ALREADY. Is this a joke? We have received multiple texts from different specialists AND THEY ARE ALL TALK. I am very disappointed because everyone in our household are mainly relying on data.. We have to go to work or to school just to get our job done or to take online classes and other important stuff that needs to be completed within the day! OH MY GOD GLOBE VERY DISAPPOINTING TALAGA HAY NAKO LAGI NALANG!!!! We always pay on time so I don’t get this kind of treatment. Galing ah taking us for granted meanwhile in the same bldg, someone who is also using the same network has theirs FIXED?!?!!!! no comment.

Globe TC is proven to be thieves!!! My brother went to their Agoo branch with authorization letter from the account holder to have our subscription cut. The lady said internet will be disconnected and they will call my brother soon. No calls of course. Then we still received a bill the following month and the next. Tapos ngayon, yung owner na ang pumunta sa Globe office sa Manila para lang sabihang pay the full bill (almost 4k) saka nila terminate ang connection. Mga magnanakaw talaga!! Swindlers!

I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. You might as well get a prepaid phone plan somewhere else, their customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. They sneak extra charges onto your bill that you have not committed or done. When you try to get customer service there is none. I would never recommend this company to anyone in the world. Globe is a joke.

globe tanauan branch is great at charging but the service is bad..the service is bad especially the technician, different technicians came 5 times but not one of them did anything about my internet problem..I just ask do I have to pass on what they are doing to another technician ?do they know what they went to work for? My prepaid SIM card was suddenly suspended. Waited two hours at the shop only to get told I have to wait for mail. They don't explain or have a freaking clue. The mail told me it is suspended because of suspicious activities. That doesn't make sense, I was never able to make any calls, I just didn't report it before. No warning, no questions before, nothing. Now I sent the required information, but I don't have hope, they seem to be incompetent. think I just better get a Smart card and forget about the rest of my load. It's ridiculous.

You have unlimited calls but also unlimited no connection. It’s robbery that you even charge for your service. And mobile internet coverage is just as bad. You can offer 100gb it doesn’t matter when you barely get connection of a few gb and when you do it’s snail speed. You guys have major issues and need to focus on customer service than trick your customers with fancy marketing out of their peso.

Don't use it! You might find your number unusable after a few months. Happened to me twice and after 3 hours queuing in their badly organised shops the first time they had no record and second number, spent 2 days on customer support being asked the same questions intermittently over and over like a merry go round. No wonder The Philippines is so broken when basic essential services are unworkable and so hopeless.
