Poor Customer Service. Ordered Gloves and were sent "an alternative". No will NOT Reply to emails. DO NOT USE.

Very disappointing experience. I returned my order weeks ago, and the package was successfully delivered back to the company, yet I still have not received my refund.

Waiting this long for a refund after a completed return is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you order from them, be aware that returning an item and getting your money back may be a long and frustrating process.

They promised next day (I suppose it could’ve been 48 hours) but it took a week. Not a big deal. I politely asked for an appropriate exchange to which I am legally entitled and they never got back to me. All done through Shopify so they can’t just lose track of my request. Still, these two things could have happened at the same time to anybody. However, I then noticed that they sent me the wrong product - instead of the more expensive Boot protectors they sent me some much cheaper arm protectors. I note that the incorrect product that they sent me is of incredibly poor quality ripped simply by my gently stretching the elasticated cuff to see if I could use the product for something.

Excellent customer service. There was an initial mix up with my order but when I contacted George he put this right and sent the replacement items immediately . Mistakes happen and I was very happy with how Gloves n Stuff dealt with it.
I would definitely recommend this company and will use again

Update...After the review, finally got an email from the company with a refund. I decided not to take off the review but to update it as 25 days I waited an order that never arrived, and no answers from the company. We are a cleaning business as well that were affected by the delay in answer and we run low om chemicals and couldn't compete some jobs because of this. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
I ordered on 15th of May ,and 25 days later ,there is no ordered received, ai contacted the costumer service they semt me a pics of a parcel that was sent and no updates on that parcel ,and they are not answering any more emails even if the delivery was payd ,the money for the order payd and no ordered received.
No reply to emails, Do not buy!You will be left with no money and no products!

I've always had a good experience with this family run business, always able to ring and get any queries sorted. Quick delivery and products all as described on the website.
The process from order to delivery is smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.

Was dubious about buying, a bag, of the beeswift mp1 gloves, as I was actually looking for an alternate brand, I've had gloves before that were all bundled together, where the rubber was too hard and the material like an old rope, the company sent them out really fast delivery, individually wrapped, premium gloves, really happy, top drawer, as these will be stored in the garage, no damp or spider issues, big thanks to George @ gloves & stuff.
