We have been using gloves n stuff for years. Great prices on gloves.

Delivery was extremely fast, but unfortunately there was an issue with the order when it arrived — I received visor lenses instead of the full visors ordered.

I contacted customer service over the weekend and received a response on Monday. The CSA explained that the original item had been discontinued and there had been a disconnect with the website listing. They immediately offered a suitable alternative from a different manufacturer and arranged shipment straight away.

For me, the real test of customer service isn’t when everything goes perfectly, it’s how a company handles problems when they happen. In this case, the issue was handled extremely well, clear explanation, straightforward solution, no fuss, and minimal disruption. Very impressed with how professionally it was resolved.

We had a great experience with Gloves N Stuff. They answered my queries straight away and did their best to make sure I received my supplies on time. Their prices are very economical, and the service was friendly, helpful, and reliable throughout. Highly recommended.

Always respond quickly to order requests. Stock always shipped out same day for next day delivery. Excellent service.

After ordering coveralls on 7th April I received a confirmation email. Then nothing. I emailed on 28th April - NOTHING! On 5th May I tried to call both numbers listed on the internet but both were disconnected. I started to think I had been scammed.

Finally they emailed me on the 13th May, apologised and said that were having back-log problems due to a new web site. They posted my coveralls that day, paid for the shipping & the import duty costs.

I chose this company because they offered a really good price. Next time I’ll pay extra to avoid the wait😒

I had put a more scathing review on for this shop as I had assumed it was a scam.
They have contacted me since and tried to resolve my issues.
They are unfortunately not very good at letting you know your ordered items are not available, but they are at least a genuine shop.
I have moved this from 1* to 2* on the basis that a human called Diane called me and was very apologetic and helpful. I would not recommend the shop based on my experience.
When waiting for expensive PPE for staff that needed to be out on site - lack of communication and in the end, lack of product, is not helpful.

Wasn’t happy with product. Requested return to no reply. Phoned number with no answer. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend.

Paul & the crew couldn't do enough for me when my local PO temporarily shut , re-shipped the order to Northern Ireland no questions asked , no charge , have forwarded their details to my colleagues in the UK , if only all companies were this helpful.... A+++++

Order of masks arrived with masks missing and short expiry dates, the likes of which can be found on ebay for a fraction of the cost. No reply when trying to contact this company- they have my money now and are not interested in putting things right.

Ordered some safety trainers as they offered the fastest delivery and lowest price. My order was a day late but this was due to a supply chain issue with the manufacturers. George kept me up to date and they still arrived before other company’s expected delivery date. The quality of the trainers are amazing and I will be definitely using this company again for my future supply’s.

Placed an order 20 days ago. Nothing received. No dispatch info. No reply to website messaging. No reply to e-mail. Please avoid.

Been dealing with Gloves n Stuff for a few years now. A great supplier with a vast product range of gloves, boots, PPE, etc from established brands to budget lines. Always found them to be helpful with pricing, turnaround and providing spec information. Would recommend.
