I ordered an item from Golf Wang on the 13th November as a Christmas present as it clearly said it would dispatch in 1-2 weeks. I thought this was slow, especially as they charge $30 for shipping but assumed 6 weeks would be enough time for it to arrive by Christmas. It's been over 4 weeks and it still hasn't been dispatched, so I can only assume it won't get to the UK in 12 days in time for Christmas. Really disappointing. I don't understand why they sell expensive clothes that aren't ready to dispatch? and advertise dispatch times that aren't true.
I've emailed a few times to try and get an update and I get fairly generic responses about delays. There's not much the customer service team can do, it's not their fault people are being sold products that seemingly don't exist yet.

Paid almost 100$ for 1 hoodie two weeks ago. Tracking says my order is still being processed. Never shopping here again

DO NOT SHOP HERE. one star is too many. bought their high priced “flowerboy” hoodie, had it shipped with the highest shipping rates of anything i’ve ever ordered and within a week all the lettering started to bubble and peel completely off. tried to contact customer service four times and no one has ever responded. this is a low-quality, over-priced, scam operation. i’m beyond disappointed.

I have bought from Golf Wang multiple times, as i live in EU it of course takes a long time to arrive. Once i received a shirt with a deffect and in a matter of days after writing them i received a new shirt. Generally slow but very good service.

What I've learned about ordering from this web store is that if you purchase jewelry, accessories, (any non clothing item) then your order will come quickly and efficiently.
Clothing on the other hand is risky and will most likely to it not getting there when it says, consequently leading you to talk to customer service who are very unhelpful and non responsive.
I've bought jewelry, clothing, and stickers and the quality of the goods are great and I love the clothing. If only they could fix their poor shipping and customer services.

I purchased a crew neck sweatshirt with matching jogger pants in a size XL for men. It fits like a size small and the quality is terrible. Walmart branded jogging pants have a better feel. I expected a higher quality material for the price I paid for the items. I expected the logo to be embroidered on for the clothes, not cheap screen printing that I could have done a better job at. I should have purchased the knock offs on Amazon or Etsy. I’m almost positive they would have been a better quality for a fraction of the price. I’ve sent two emails to customer service and have no received a response. I did check out the webpage FAQ and I have to send the clothes back before they will even offer any kind or return or refund.

Horrible. I waited 3 months for the package. I asked to change the size of one of the t-shirts, no response. Quality is BAD. SCAM.

It's safe to expect you'd get good quality clothes for the prices. I mean, I payed 40 dollars on a t-shirt, it should be making me 2 inches taller and give me an 8 pack. Amazingly it does the opposite by giving you a shirt you could've bought at Walmart for 10 dollars or less with way better quality. It feels like wearing a potato sack drenched in honey and dog residue. I bought multiple clothes so thankfully I didn't pay for shipping as my purchase was over 150 dollars, for 2 shirts and a hat. Really it's my fault for letting "Golf Wang" make a mockery of me. I truly hope, and I really do, that Golf Wang is a parody of other fashion trends, overpriced, horrible quality, and disgusting designs. In that case, I applaud it for nailing it, really. I got sent the wrong clothes, I ordered a a hat and got a completely different one that didn't fit even fit, amazing. I can't find one good thing about my experience. Oh and the irony about it is that no matter what, this'll only keep getting bigger because the losers who blindly support Tyler, the Creator don't buy this because of the look but because of the brand, they don't mind spending 120 dollars on an eyesore of a hoodie as long as it has that "GOLF" logo in the corner of the shirt. I won't be buying from them, and that's fine, because I sleep wonderfully knowing the type of moronic shallow brainless sheeple that will continue to give this company their rich fathers money thinking they'll become cooler or less of a dork.

so I order a brown t shirt and then I spend like 60$ on shipping taxes but when I found out the tee shirt it was simply catastrophic: he was so much longer than on the website and he is green.... I would never buy again something from wolf gang for sure

Bought a few items from Golf in my years, Overall I would say the negative reviews do make sense, as the company isn't perfect, but I have gotten my orders most times within a week or less of purchase. Decent shipping.

I bought the "save the bees hoodie" in the beginning of june, and you would think that for $20 shipping it would be like overnight shipping, but it is not. It has been 8 months and still no word on if my sweater is going to arrive. This website is just one big scam a waste of $120

Horrible experience. As we waited in line having to listen to a complete idiot employee shouting orders at everyone standing to socially distance and apparently too dense to notice that we already were. He then approached me to take my temperature to which i replied do not touch me with it - getting very close and making me feel very uncomfortable. What happened to the social distancing? they only allow one customer in at a time to a very underwhelming shopping experience and a staff that were all incredibly rude. I took my 13 year old son who was very much looking forward shopping at Golf to pick out a shirt. No help whatsoever - just 5 people standing around doing absolutely nothing but trying to make our shopping experience there uncomfortable, awkward and miserable as we were the only 2 people in the store. You are ordered to not touch any of the clothes, use your cell phones or try on any clothes. Seriously?! My son picks a shirt and we decide on an adult small to be safe since he wears a child L - I’d rather it be too big than too small. You would think with all of the employees standing around that they could IDK maybe HELP and share that the shirts run small. Nope. I pay for the shirt where they actually ask for a tip on the card - what a joke. he later tries it on outside since you can’t try on their clothing on and it was tiny, cheep looking and not wearable. Of course they would not allow to us to trade it out for a larger size since it had not even 5 minutes after we bought it. They couldn’t have been more delighted to lecture and scold us by saying, “we told you, no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final!” and were incredibly rude right in front of my son. What a HUGE waste of our valuable time and money. Horrible experience. We will never return. So many other stores on Melrose Ave with way better style, quality and customer service where they actually appreciate your business and not behave as if they are doing you a huge favor by you shopping there. 👎🏼Next!

Ordered 3 items on 11/30, hoping it’d be there by Christmas. I live in NC, not overseas. It’s 1/28/21 and I still haven’t received it. After reading the Reddit sub and other reviews on here, it seems this has always been an issue. Like another reviewer stated, I contacted them the first time, and they gave me a pre-ship tracking number with date of 12/11. That same tracking number still says the package is in Culver City and hasn’t been received by USPS yet. I contacted them a second time on 12/20, and they responded with the same info from prior email and stated my inquiry had been closed/resolved. I love Tyler, but doubt I’ll order from GW again.

I placed an order with Neith Fashion on 12/21/2020 for two items, thinking that the vendor was based in Los Angeles, CA. The website guaranteed two-day shipping. Within minutes of placing my order, I received an email riddled with typos indicating that my order would be "delayed." On 12/27/2020, I received a tracking number from a Chinese fulfillment/drop shipper. I reached out to cancel the order and request a refund but did not hear back from the vendor until I posted a negative comment on an Instagram post. The vendor proceeded to verbally harass me and refuse to issue a refund unless I filled out a sketchy Google form process to "request a refund." Eventually, on 1/3/2021, the vendor responded to my emails but rather than provide a return label/refund, they continue to dodge the request. I imagine they are doing so in order to take up time so that their refund policy is no longer in effect (return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value within 30 days of receipt.) I received one of the two items on 1/11/2021 and the product's shipping label indicated that it was sent from 'Hou Wenzheng' at 1200 Worldwide Blvd., Hebron, KY 41048. When I googled this name and address, I found several other complaints and business websites ('Golf Wang' , 'Wild Fang', 'Neith Fashion') with angry buyers expressing similar concerns over dropshipping, misleading business practices, and brushing scams. Avoid at all costs. I am still waiting on my return label and refund for these cheap products.

Shocking service, or should I say lack of service. Items ordered in good time for Christmas and still not received. GOLF advised once we have shipped it’s not our problem! Great so whose problem is it then? Mine I guess! Would not recommend at all! Really disappointed.

Fast shipping, good quality

Purchased a new Golfwang hat online when they released the new collection.

Having purchased a hat from them years ago and being extremely impressed with the quality, I decided to get a new one.

The hat just arrived and I was so eager and excited to take a look. Upon opening it, I was extremely shocked and disappointed by the quality and make of the product.

This feels like an imitation to the one that I received years ago. The first one was made in the USA and this one was made in China and you can see the difference.

Seems to me that they have dropped the ball and the quality of their products - in order to produce them for less and make more money.

Being from Australia, I paid $90 with shipping and I will definitely be looking in to getting a refund because this product is so poorly made.

Very disappointed customer that will be spreading the word and would be very reluctant to purchase again in the future.

Order gift Dec. 5th. Have not received yet. Contacted customer service and there response was 10 business days to process and another 5 to 7 days shipping. Gave me a tracking number and when I look it up says waiting for arrival to post office. Pre generated tracking number. Sent them another’s message and no response. Never again.
UpDate- it is now December 28th. Asked them about order. Got reply back saying there out of office until after the holidays. Called my credit card company filed a fraud case. Later that night they said order was cancer and expect refund back in 7-10days.

So far I am truly disappointed. I ordered over $600 of clothing in December 12th, the day they became available. The order still states unfulfilled. These are my sons only Christmas gifts and more money than I have ever spent on him. Now he will have nothing to open. They either should have been prepared to send these items in time for Christmas or made them available earlier. What a shame! This company charges outrageous prices and DOES NOT deliver on quality!!!!

I agree with everyone else. I bought one simple pair of socks over a month ago..it hasn't arrived and when you click on the order it goes to a nonexistent page. Lucky for me I only lost $13, but my daughter would have liked those.
