I ordered a few items for my daughter on 11/30 and my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY! It is now 12/16 and I still do not have the items nor does USPS have an update. I’ve placed several other orders from different merchandisers a week after placing the Gold Wang order and have already received those. Not good. I want to support non-big box retailers but this is ridiculous. This company needs to get it together with their shipping or they will be loosing me as a customer. And I will definitely post another review after I receive the order.

Terrible quality. Print is already coming away. And the size guide is ridiculous.

Ordered stuff for xmas on black friday, its been 2 weeks and it hasn't shipped yet. Looks like it won't get here. I've contacted multiple times with no response.

Terrible quality ,, you can go buy a Gilbran tshirt for less at Walmart since that is what they use plus hoodies very cheap for what they charge right off the wolf gang clothing site ,,,, hugely disappointed

Waited 3 month and still no delivery. They are using shipping company for international delivery that totally lacks customer contacts, my daughter is extremly disappointed.

Do not buy from this Company. Terrible customer service experience. I purchased a Golf Wang Hoodie for my son to be shipped to England. It never arrived because Golf Wang did not provide DHL with our contact details. About 6 weeks later Golf Wang sent an email advising us to contact DHL within 72 hours. My son phoned DHL less than 24 hours later who told us that Golf Wang had already instructed them to destroy the Hoodie. Golf Wang refused to replace the item or provide us with a Refund. Their customer service department would not acknowledge or engage with our complaint. Luckily the item was paid for by AMEX who are handling a Refund for us. Needless to say we will never buy from this company again.

Taken two months to tell me the items are out of stock. Useless customer service.

No wonder this company has such poor reviews! We ordered our grandson a shirt on their sale several weeks ago. It was all he wanted for his birthday. He waited faithfully each day to check the mail to see if it was there. On the day of his birthday we got an email from golf Wang . The email stated that they no longer had this shirt in stock and they would be refunding our money. We had a broken hearted young man on his birthday. I contacted customer service who sent me a generic email saying we could come to the store and buy another shirt. That’s a little difficult since we live in Utah.

First 2x I ordered, the service was standard as expected and delivery was quick. The products were good so, trusted to order again!
Ordered 3x T-shirt’s on sale recently, then a knit sweater on sale and finally, a jacket from the Autumn drop, all at 3 different times.

The knit I’ve not received delivery notification but, have got a tracking number emailed to me... but, no where to track it! - no courier company or link!
The jacket was sent via DHL who have said it’s been delivered 2 days ago, not to me! (Not really their issue so, going to follow up with DHL) but, ordered last and came first!
The 1st of the 3 shirts also arrived, came from Singapore with AliExpress as the return address!!! Double-checked I hadn’t been duped and, surely enough, they must be selling their own bootlegs!
The order is arriving separately and the other 2 shirts also have SG tracking info.
Poor printing and cheap, generic shirt quality!

Havde bestilt en hoodie som jeg modtager 5 uger efter at have bestilt. Den bliver tilsyneladende leveret fra Kina til min store overraskelse.. Kvaliteten på trøjen er under AL kritik. Printet på trøjen sidder løst og minder om noget at det du selv kan printe ud og stryge på tøjet der hjemme, og selve trøjens kvalitet er noget af det dårligste jeg nogensinde har set. Jeg havde forventet bedre kvalitet hvis jeg havde bestilt fra WISH eller købt kopi varer i udlandet.
Det er absolut sidste gang jeg bestiller noget der fra. Virkelig en skuffende oplevelse, og trøjen røg i skraldespanden med det samme. Ville ikke engang byde rødekors det skidt.

Took over a month and a half to get to me here in Canada. Sweater was awful quality and looked different than the picture + sizing runs so small. Love Tyler but I am not ordering from here again :(

just don't order from golf wang online they are scammers. I ordered a hoodie for 75 dollars and had high expectations but the hoodie didn't look like the picture and you could obviously tell the quality was so bad. right when i took it out of the bag and looked at it, I was so disappointed everything was cheap and not as pictured online. I better get a refund for this

Ordered and paid for Golf Le Fleur converse in May 2020. Have received nothing, no answers to my correspondence or enquiries. Nothing. Cannot afford to be this much out of pocket, super disappointed 12 year old too and now I do not have money to buy him more shoes.

Ordered a save the bees tee, wrong size was delivered. Politely asked for them to exchange the product and pay for the shipping, but they refused to without myself first paying for the fee to send it back. Apparently, even if they make a mistake, you are expected to pay for all shipping fees until the product is guaranteed to have arrived at their warehouse, regardless of the fact that FedEx (which is one of their international courier services alongside USPS) has an option for them to pay for the shipping once the product arrives there.

Several email threads later, I decided to ask for a guarantee of a reimbursement in writing, since GOLF is notoriously known for their poor customer service reviews, and also asked for their phone number because they are consistently slow in replying. I was met with a two-liner, bot-like reply that ignored all of my requests, topped of with poor grammar and spelling mistakes.

Now I have the choice to either pay $80+ shipping for a $35 tee that may not reach my door again, or to rock an L sized tee on my small, half-Japanese frame to complete the bust-rapper-from-the-early-2000s look.

Think I've been ripped off. Can't reach anybody and nothing has arrived.

I bought a hoodie from GOLF WANG around June and just received it July 10th. . I sent a message through their customer service after reading all the negative reviews about people not receiving or having trouble with their orders and expressed how much i did NOT wish for that outcome. They sent a semi generic response along the lines of, allow 10 days for processing and allow 10 days for shipping.
I actually got my sweater earlier than initially expected. It could be location to as I am in AZ, right next to where its being shipped from.

Got the hoodie early and its beautiful and soft and just as correct from size to color. I read a review stating they are printed on gildan blanks and I do not believe this to be true as this hoodie feels soft, well constructed and not cheaply made.
IMO worth the money. Pretty happy with my purchase, quality, and shipping time.

TOTAL ASSSSSSS! i bought a save the bees hoodie May 17, its now june and have yet to recieve anything. CRAZY how people support this man and his brand, but we dont get SH!T. I spent $106 and didnt get nun.
