My wife and I were impressed with the folks that we worked with at GoMedigap (Heidi Conrad and Ebony Jones). They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We selected the same Medigap plan F that we had with another insurance company, but will save over $2,000 dollars per year by switching to another insurance company that has an "A" rating.

The service was very professional, caring in making sure the product will meet my needs, plus they are their for me should I have any questions or issues.
