Well, I didn't even think of those, so I gave her a call and am so happy I did! She made everything that I understood a little make total sense. I felt she was doing this for me and my best interest. Patricia is a sweet beacon of light through this foggy travel of Medicare and all it entails! She is competent and caring, patient and practical, a professional yet your pal. She is awesome!
