In April I purchased some Meindle walking shoes but after only a few weeks I noticed some loose stitching on the toe cap of the right shoe. I went back to Go Outdoors to see if they could help. I spoke to couple of staff members Jonathan firstly on shoes and boots and Alex who, on closer inspection, noticed the slow had come away from the main body of the shoe. something I had not seen. It was immediately decided I should have a replacement pair of the same shoe. These guys were very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to the company.

New boots

Inaccurate details about stock levels
The stock of the item I wanted was shown on the web site as low not out of stock. I first tried to buy it as part of a larger order and it was not supplied. I checked the web site it was still shown as available but low stock so I ordered it again and again the order was cancelled. Currently the item is still shown as in stock in low numbers. Very poor service in my opinion.”

Price matching, membership discount, blue light discount, what's not to like? A good range of products and sizes. I return to Go Outdoors Taunton for hiking footwear. After many years service Jonathan is my go to advisor, he now remembers me, remembers my preferences and updates me on new products I might be interested in. Polite, attentive, no rush, no pressure.
