Nice plant but my order From February 27 2022 aren’t here yet 😢 Ohio weather is perfect now would like to start planting real soon

I put orders on their website on 4/10/2022, I ordered these items:

2 Mahara Magic Bougainvillea
2 Mahara Roseville Bougainvillea
1 Violet Blueberry Ice Bougainvillea

The order took too long to ship them so I sent email saying to ship my plants. They replied that they will ship next week.

They only sent me the 2 Mahara Magic and missing the 3 others in the shipment

So far I have not heard what happen to the rest of my orders since they don’t response to my 6 emails. I been stressing and giving me anxiety about this transaction I’m getting depressed about this ordeal. I dont think I will recommend this company to my friends.

I ordered a couple of plants from GrowJoy in 2020 and was very happy with the plants and their service.
In 2021, I pre-ordered many plants expecting the same quality and service as before. The plants arrived poorly packaged and a good number of them were dead or nearly dead. Several items did not arrive at all but were on the invoice as being shipped. I contacted them many times, but never received a reply. I told them in detail the plants that were missing or dead and asked for a refund as it was too late to plant by that time. Still no response. I contacted them several more times and finally contacted my credit card company and had them contact GrowJoy about getting a refund. I finally received a credit on my card for the missing and damaged or dead items. I never received any kind of response from GrowJoy and I would NEVER order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Worst online shopping for plants. It seems like they can never fulfill the whole order - my orders always get partially canceled without notification. They only give you back reward points for part of the order that is not fulfilled. And the plants being canceled usually will show in stock in a few days. The reward points are like store credit. You have to go back to buy their products with a $14.99 shipping charge.

This is a wonderful company to do business with. My plants came in excellent condition, and they are now really growing. I will continue to do business with them. If you like really healthy plants, this is the company.

I have ordered several times from Grow Joy with no issues. However, last November I preordered vegetables, herbs, and flowers for spring shipping. They sent me an email on the 15th of this month saying my order had shipped. I did not receive the order until the 21st. Everything came in one box. I had four petunia plants that was completely destroyed. I contacted Growjoy and sent photos as requested. Customer Service stated that the 15th date was only the date when the shipping label was created and order did not ship until 19th. Admitted the flowers look they took a beating and offered to give me credit. I have since asked on two different occasions where I would access the credit so I could reorder the same flowers as I wanted to get them all planted at the same time so they would grow at the same rate. I have since planted the two that were OK and have yet to get a response back to where I would access the credit. Needless to say I am done and will not order from this company ever again!!

[ UPDATE: GrowJoy responded, so I added two stars. I didn't find any note saying that there was a crop failure. I'll see in June if there will be another crop failure when I add a review. ]

I ordered 5 herb plaints total. I was supposed to receive four now and one in June. I received two peppermint plants (finally) and haven't received the other two + I have one coming in June. I notified GrowJoy even giving them the order number. I haven't heard from them. I spent over $50.00 (to get free shipping) and have gotten only $13.00 worth of plants. I wished that I had read the reviews first.

Plant arrived with leaves and blooms wilted and they fell off after three days. Dead on arrival

My experiences with Growjoy have been excellent. The plants arrive in great shape and the packaging is the best I've seen. There have been some delays in shipping that were explained in a video that the company sent to me, describing issues that arose in their Alabama facility. The video was much appreciated. I have already ordered my spring plants and am confident they'll arrive as healthy as the ones I've received in the past.

Excellent service. Healthy plants which were excellent producers. Highly recommend.

On May 20,2021, I ordered 7 Giant Belgium Pink Tomato plants from there website. Growjoy charge me $43.75, I never received the plant because of a crop failure. I have sent them several emails trying to get my money with no response and no money. This Place is a rip off. Dave

I loved my plants from Grow Joy! They were healthy and well developed, not small and spindly like I've received from other growers. Just beautiful!

This past summer I ordered plants from Bonnie Plants, Burpee and GrowJoy. The plants I got from GrowJoy were by far the best. The were a very nice size and were healthy and flourished after being planted. We look forward to ordering more plants next spring!

My experiences with GrowJoy have been wonderful. They carry a huge variety, plants are packaged in unique parcels that protect even the most delicate of plants, and the plants have been of good size and are healthy. I will happily order again this year!

I love this company! They package the plants very nicely and most of time the plants are in excellent condition. If they aren't or they happen not to make it, GrowJoy always makes good on it. They either replace the item or give you credit. I've been ordering from them for several years and have always been pleased.

I bought most of my vegetable plants this year from GrowJoy. It was great - no contact. The plants arrived healthy and happy - and in a timely fashion. I had a great harvest. I plan to order from them again this year.

The veggie plants I purchased in 2020 and again in 2021 were amazing!! Each plant was so very carefully packed that unpacking them was a joy in itself. Every single plant produced volumes of vegetables. I got compliments on the taste and health of everything I grew from GrowJoy. Despite the labor shortages hitting all businesses these past two years, and the multiple heat waves that hit this country in 2021 Grow Joy always tried to keep their promises to deliver healthy plants as close to on-time as possible. Grow Joy plants are the healthiest i have ever purchased whether from local nurseries or other on-line vendors. Not a single one comes in with bugs, fungus, or disease. You can tell as soon as you open the shipping packages, these people love their plants and I do too.

After many years of buying plants from local big box stores, I decided to use GrowJoy. I ordered my canning and salsa tomato plants, green bean, jalapeno peppers, green bell peppers, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumber plants through them, I can say that this was one of the best gardens I've grown in many years. Even with the hot dry weather we endured, it still came through.

I ordered several veggie and flower plants in the spring. They arrived in beautiful shape. Healthy and packaged well. I think any recent negative reviews have to be related to the staffing issues that are plaguing all of industry right now. This is a wonderful little company.
