Hi Mr Peat, thank you for your recent 5 star Trustpilot review. It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with your order and that it arrived 'bang on' time :)
all service is excellence except for small finishing details
all service is excellence. From the choose on the website , via payment, delivery, Quality of the doors is very good if going about structure and durability but some the detailed quality is missing little to be perfect. It still is good especially to compare value for the money which is definitely 5 stars. I am so happy for my order. Thank you for your service.

We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your order and look forward to working with you on future home renovation projects.
Great looking door and a smooth buying experience,
Door arrived as scheduled within 3 weeks lead time and all to confirmed specification. Communication from the company was appropriate and the sales person was very polite when confirming the order. Good quality doors and fittings with added security features also purchased. All now fitted and looks great alongside a similar door purchased one year ago. The Challenger 3D hinges are much easier to adjust than the hinges fitted to the previous door. Supplying the required hinge adjustment tools would be slightly more convenient but no real issue as had them in the tool box.
Very pleased with the results and would use again.

Hi Denise, thank you for your positive review. We understand that ordering online and measuring for a new door yourself can be daunting. That said, we endeavour to eliminate any concerns you may have, when we call to confirm your order.
I'm confident that your new door will look beautiful and wish you well with your future installation.
A first rate door company, especially when you need disabled access
This is the second time I have ordered a door from this company in 9 years. Despite the long time frame between orders they had kept my order details from the previous time and were able to save me effort in supplying the details again. Ordering was easy and the door was delivered in a couple of weeks. Perfect fit and looks so good. Came with door handles and locks and letterbox. Delivery and VAT was included in my overall price. Which was great for a fibreglass door and a frame with low threshold for disabled access. This is the only company I would use for my front door.

I'll pass your kind comments on to the delivery team, they're a brilliant bunch who definitely aspire to go 'above and beyond'.

Door is good quality but door handle is cheap and lead lining is grey when I expected gold. This is as per the deal advertised but easy to miss, I would have paid more to get both complaints better.
Delivered promptly on the date stated, the factory is in Swadlincote but guy delivering said he was from Nottingham, odd?

Hi Anthony, thank you for your recent feedback.
GRP Composite Doors are pleased to hear you're happy with the overall quality of the door and that delivery was prompt and on schedule.
The Sweet handle range, which you ordered, carries multiple coatings of brass, ensuring it always looks great—even after being hammered with salt water for over 8000 hours. That’s an incredible 30 times more than required for the flagship EN 1906:2012 corrosion standard. It’s designed for long-term durability as well as style with a 20 year guarantee.
We use a nationwide delivery network, so it's not uncommon for our delivery drivers to come from nearby cities such as Nottingham - hopefully that clears up the confusion!
Thank you again for your comments - they help us continue to improve both our service and our products.
