Really pleased with the result we…
Really pleased with the result we achieved, the design with the flag window to one side, the close fit not needing to use trims and colour.
GRP Doors website allowed us to design the door and frame many times, trying ideas over a few weeks. Then walking around houses in the area considering how it would look on our house.
Salesmen, if we'd used a salesman from a local fitter, we wouldn't of had that time to reflect on options.
We had to make some compromises to achieve the best out come, both frame size and colour.
Height of the original frame was 2140mm, so if we had used an Aluminium threshold, would of need trim across the top. Going mini threshould achieved a better looking outcome for fit.
Colour, we've got lots of different shades of greys and dark colours both on our house, and surrounding ones. It wasn't our first choice, but going for red achieved the best, avoiding clashing with them.
Had a few neighbours comment on both how good it looks, as well as the fit without using trims.

It's not uncommon for our products to be delivered earlier than scheduled. Our ethos is to exceed customers' expectations rather than just match them, as much as we possibly can.
Half the price of window/Door companies
Good delivery, fantastic door with perfect measurements. Half the price of local window and door companies and for the exact door. Definitely recommend buying a door from here and have a local fitter complete the instal. I was quoted £2300 for this door by local companies which cost £1000 from GRP and fitter was £150.
