I love GRP Composite Doors and recommend them to everyone - we have just bought our third door (new extension so needed another!) and nothing is too much trouble. I called from Tenerife to make payment and then had to call back to make a last minute change and again very friendly, helpful and professional.

They really stand by their product
They really stand by their product. I have had 3 minor issues with the doors since they were installed in 2021 and both times GRP Composite Doors has stood by their product. First by providing replacement handles after the first pair arrived scratched. Second time I was sent instructions on how to adjust the door after it had moved/dropped so the door wasn't automatically locking when closed. The third and most recent time I had a wobbly handle that was affecting the close mechanism and the team are sending me out a new handle and locking strip.
The team are nothing short of amazing.

Brilliant service. Easy to navigate website
Brilliant service.
Fantastic and very easy website to help me order my door. I especially liked the info tabs to show me colour pics of the parts for the door.
I didn't locate the internal door colour option, but the sales assistant glady upgraded my order and explained where it was on the website.
Phone call with sales assistant was very pleasant 10 out of 10 for her great advice and her personal opinion on the look of the door.
I was worried about the colour of door furniture but the sales assistant told me all match eg letter box, the same colour as the long bar handle etc.
I haven't received my door as yet but I honestly can not wait.
Never thought I would be so excited over a door but all the additional upgraded parts and colour I know this is going to look the part when fitted.
Thank you grp doors keep up the great work.

Found this company after looking for a composite back door online. GRP had the most competitive price in comparison to others. Great choice of doors and colours.
Can’t wait for it to arrive and for it to be fitted now - hopefully this will be just as good an experience as we’ve had so far!

Fantastic door at a great price and excellent customer service.
Our new door was fitted yesterday and is beautiful!
We were a bit late ordering and the builders started work earlier than expected so we were a few days without a door- just a hole in the wall. Not ideal in January but I got in touch with GRP and James said he would do what he could to speed the order up.
He didn't let us down our door was delivered more than a week earlier than anticipated.
Fantastic service and a fantastic door at a great price. Highly recommend this company
And thank you James
