Excellent services provided by Farhad

This was our first time dealing with Farhad, and we had a wonderful experience. He was incredibly patient and displayed excellent listening skills throughout our discussions.

Initially, we weren’t ready to book, but Farhad followed up consistently and kindly without any pressure. He provided us with multiple hotel options in both Makkah and Madinah, clearly explaining the facilities and distances from the Haram and Masjid Nabawi.

His guidance made the process smooth and easy to understand.

I would highly recommend Farhad through HajjUmrah4U. He is genuinely helpful and committed to providing excellent service.

Very good service, so far very communicative and giving their best to provide the perfect deal for us.

The person behind all this effort is Abdul Khaliq, many many thanks to him.

I want to sincerely thank Farhad for providing the best customer service I've ever experienced when planning my UMRAH trip. From the very beginning, he made the entire process incredibly fast, smooth, and stress-free.

He handled everything – from booking flights and arranging the visa to finding the perfect UMRAH package that suited my budget and needs. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I felt supported every step of the way.

Highly recommend SEVEN ZONES TRAVEL and it’s employee Farhad to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient UMRAH service. JazakAllah Khair for making this important journey so easy and memorable!

I travelled to Saudi for Umrah in April 2025, all arranged by Muhammad Awais from HajjUmrah4U. We all had a pleasant time there and alhamdulilah completed our umrah with ease. Thank you to Muhammad Awais for organising, advising and making it easy for us. Inshallah have recommended and forwarded details to other family members, and we are hoping to go again in a few months' time - again being arranged by Awais

Very good bhai jaan Muhammad Awais very good man sorted me a good deal I went in march and I will be going again inshallah with same company Hajjumrah4u

Our Umrah arrangements are still in progress, but I wanted to share how pleased we are with our agent’s service so far Mr Abdul Khaliq has been extremely helpful, responsive, and well-organised throughout the planning process. Everything has been handled professionally and with great care. Looking forward to the journey ahead, in shaa Allah!

Great service and price provided by haj umrah for you especially RAMEEN spend a lot of time to make our journey unforgettable..
Jazakallah

Great trustworthy company for all of your travels. Highly recommended I have booked a trip with fahad to Indonesia by etihad airways. In their website they had an offer that a layover in zayed international airport for 2 nights you can get 2 nights free in any hotel you want. Now I was steeped in anticipation I quickly called my brother Fahad (he’s the agent that works in the company) to extend the layover so that I can redeem this great offer. After I extended it I went to redeem the offer but it was invalid I called them and Fahad too and they said if you book with a travel agent it won’t be valid they wrote it in criminally small writing in their terms and conditions. I was very upset until Fahad offered me the best offer for a hotel very discounted in fact the offer was even better than the layover he made me a great discount for the trouble that I’ve been through. I am very happy and excited for the trip I will always use this company to book any trips through Fahad because I know through my experience that he will always give me the best trip guaranteed not only the best but safe he always takes care of my problems and solve it with ease any problem and any concerns. highly highly recommended. I’m from Ireland and I recommend this to all my brothers in Ireland and everywhere

Please please Avoid this company! I paid in full for hotel accommodations in Mecca and Medina, but upon arrival, I found that there were no bookings. I was left stranded on the streets with fake hotel vouchers that didn't work. I had to scramble to find my own accommodation in both cities, which was stressful and inconvenient. This happened during Ramadan 2025, and I'm sharing my experience on Trustpilot to warn others about this company's scams. Be cautious and do your research before booking with them."

My first journey to Umrah was made incredibly special thanks to Khalid at Hajjumrah4u. From the moment I booked with them they proved to be an excellent choice. As a first timer for Umrah travelling with my daughter, I had many questions and felt a little apprehensive, but Khalid truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant Umrah pilgrimage. From our booking, accommodation, and ziyarat, Khalid was constantly in touch making sure all our needs were met. It was so reassuring to know we had some one dedicated to our comfort and well being throughout the trip. Hajjumrah4u truly understand the significance of this journey and they put in every effort to make it a positive and memorable one. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone planning their Umrah. Thank you Hajjumrah4u especially Khalid who make my journey an unforgettable experience.

Based on my recent experience with me and family I definitely recommend HajjUmrah4u and specially brother Khalid who help us through the whole journey by giving us advice.
