I booked a trip to Umrah for my friend and her husband. Hajjumrah4u were really helpful and sorted out everything including hotels, tickets, visas and tour guide. My friend has just returned from Umrah and said that the whole experience was amazing. Thank you for helping organise

🚨 I have issued a legal LBA to HAJJ UMRAH4u (trading name of Seven Zones Travel) and I’m taking them to court!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. 🚨

I paid £1,200 to Seven Zones Travel (which operates Hajj Umrah 4U) for an Umrah package, only to have my itinerary changed without my written consent and be forced to accept the changes. As per my legal rights, I was entitled to a refund, yet they have continuously refused!

I repeatedly asked for a refund (back and forth in lengthy, detailed emails), but they ignored my legal rights, refused to return my money, and have been dodging my requests ever since.

After further research, I found that I am not the only victim—many others have reported the same fraudulent tactics under this company’s brands, including:

🚩 Last-minute flight and hotel cancellations without notice.
🚩 Forcing customers to accept downgraded services or pay extra.
🚩 False claims about ATOL protection – they advertise ATOL coverage but DO NOT appear on the ATOL checker website!
🚩 Refusing refunds despite clear violations of consumer rights.

Since they refuse to take accountability, I am now also filing complaints against Seven Zones Travel with Trading Standards, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and Action Fraud—backed by all my evidence of their consumer violations.

If you are considering booking with them—DON’T. This company deceives customers, takes their money, and refuses to refund them. I urge anyone affected to report them and take legal action.

⚠️ PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE LEARN YOUR RIGHTS! THE LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE—DON’T BE AFRAID TO ESCALATE!

The best company to organize your Umrah.
Very well organized, every thing was perfect.
We will do it again with same company in the future.
Thank you for everything 🙏❤️

It was a wonderful experience thank you for your service

We had an absolutely seamless experience booking our travel with Mr. Awais. From start to finish, he provided exceptional service, ensuring that every aspect of our journey was well taken care of. He was always available to answer our queries, consistently checking in at every stage to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Due to personal plans and holiday schedules, we needed a customized travel package, and Mr. Awais went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The pricing was incredibly competitive, offering the best value for the high-quality services included. He made sure we got the best rates on flights, hotels, and transport, making our trip not only stress-free but also cost-effective.

The entire travel plan was executed flawlessly—our flights, hotel stays, and transportation were scheduled so efficiently that we barely had to wait at any point. The hotel accommodation was exceptional, offering 5-star comfort in prime locations, making our stay even more enjoyable. The company remained in constant contact throughout our trip, handling any minor issues swiftly and professionally.

The airport pickups and drop-offs were smooth, ensuring a hassle-free experience, especially as we were traveling with family. Everything was perfectly arranged, allowing us to focus on our journey without worrying about logistics.

Without a doubt, I highly recommend Mr. Awais and his travel services. Insha Allah, I will continue to book all my future trips with him. If you’re looking for a reliable and well-planned travel experience, he is the go-to person! i travelled from Birmingham UK to Jeddah and back from medina to Birmingham

Good service. Special thanks for Khansa who arranged the package.

Great trip- our agent Ayesha Khan was very helpful. They continuously contacted us and was there available on our trip. I will use them again. Trustworthy and respectful.

The flight and hotel package was very competitive with 5* Hotel accommodation close to both Masjid’s in Medina and Mecca. The company was in contact with us throughout our whole stay, dealt with any issues promptly. The pickup and drop off to and from the airport was great as we were with the family and didn’t need to wait. Would definitely recommend them and Insha Allah will use them again .

We had the smoothest experience booking our Umrah with Khalid through HajjUmrah4U. He has been amazing throughout the process, kept checking in on us through every stage. Due to holidays and personal plans, we requested our Umrah package to be a bit custom to our needs.
Talking about the price, possibly the best rates for the services provided. Khalid ensured we got the best rates for all the services included in the package.
On top of everything else, hotels flights and transport were planned in a way that we barely had to wait for anything.
Overall, I am definitely booking and planning all my travels with Khalid and I would highly recommend to go with you.

Very good service our umra went so nice snd smooth according to promiced by Muhummad Awais by haj umra 4u thanks so much we came back and booked again Alhumdollilla for end off year very sufficisnt and fast service thanks so much

What a great and smooth experience led by Khalid at Hajj&Umrah.

From start to finish everything was so well handled by Ali & Khalid, we travelled as 4 from UK to Makkah and medina.

Khalid gave us clear instructions, any questions we had was very quickly answered

Highly recommend !

Hajj Umrah 4U provided an excellent experience with great customer service. The package was well-organized, and everything was arranged smoothly.
A special mention to Khalid, who offered outstanding service throughout our journey. He was always in contact with us, ensuring that all our needs were met and making the trip stress-free.
The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were within walking distance of the Haram, which made our pilgrimage much more convenient.
We highly recommend Hajj Umrah 4U and especially Khalid for his professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service.

I wonder how realistic these reviews are to be honest. Where do I start. Keeping it as brief as possible, and to the point, my dealings with Mr Awais were reasonable until he decided to change my hotel which I hadn't asked for. He then attempted to charge me for the same. He called in a Saturday morning to say he had to pay £50 extra which has come from his salary, highly unbelievable, and he wanted it back. His manner was very aggressive and intimidating. I refused as I hadn't asked for a change of hotel. He was asking me for £50 and £30 from my son who travelled with me, whereas in the beginning he just wanted £50, £20 of which he said he would pay from his salary!!! and £30 from me. Unbelievable. I complained and the lady said I don't owe the company anything. This is highly suspicious and extremely unprofessional. The sad part is that before he made these requests, I was going to book with him again and recommend my friends to him. However, his lack of professionalism has put an end to that. If he persists, I will be reporting him and the company to ABTA.

Hi
I use this company hajjumrah4u
And they made the package for me and my family. They provide us a wonderful hotel transport and a luxury hotel with a decent price and I’m quite happy with that and it’s all near the Haram which is very comfortable for my family specially Khansa who done my all work very hard worker and cooperative girl and very helpful may Allah bless the whole team (Ameen)

Hi everyone we went to ummrah with this office the price was good they provided us with what they promised very happy with it specially a lady called Sharmeen very helpful always available to answer your questions. Highly recommended.

Great customer from hajjumrah4u, from the initial call to the booking stage everything was great. It was our first time travelling to Mecca and Madina, the flights and hotels were as described for a peace of mind. Would recommend to all to travel via this service, also Kaleem kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly for everyone.

Firstly a massive thank you to Kaleem Bhai for dealing with my package ever so grateful and can’t I put in words how he put in so much effort day n night to make sure we were comfortable and we got exactly what we had asked for!

From the very first day off our umrah trip he kept in contact throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Our package was from flights to transfers and hotels with ziyarats.. everything literally everything included alhumdulilah it went so well that I actually remembered him in my duas there in Mecca because without him I’d be lost as it was my first time going so I was very anxious.. how everything will go.
So thank you so much Kaleem for putting up with someone that’s anxious you made me feel comfortable and stress free throughout our journey I would recommend him.. to all he will not let you down inshallah.

I’ve started to plan my next journey with them soon inshallah. Ask for Kaleem as that’s the guy that dealt with my package and I can assure he’ll make ur journey magical inshallah.

Thank you Hajj 4 u

Our experience booking with Hajjumrah4u was very smooth and memorable. Kaleem organised everything from transfers to ziyarts. We did not come across any problems. Our hotels were good aswell as a smooth flight process. I would recommend booking through them if you are planning your trip. Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience booking with Hajj Umrah 4U. The agent we spoke to and who made us an awesome package was Brother Khalid. From the 1st conversation to after we got back, he kept in constant contact and make sure everything was going smoothly. We travelled with my elderly mum so he ensured all the hotels were close in Makkah and Madina. We stayed in Pullman Zam Zam in Makkah and Taiba front in Madina. Literally walking distance with amazing views.

I have recommended Khalid bhai to all my family and friends. Going forward I will always be booking my Hajj, Umrah and family holidays with Hajj Umrah 4u and I will always be asking for Khalid bhai to arrange everything as he did an amazing job
