Hi, I went for Umra in 1st of October 2024 before I go for umrah i research and contact lots of travel agent but I find Seven travel zone. They offer me very good package Cheaper than Other Travel agent in their package include flights /Visa / hotel /ziyarat makka and madina/Ground support/Plus Umra guide person.
Hotel is not far is only 7 to 8 minute walk
Ground support very good whenever I ring them, they are available for me if you like to go umrah i will recommend seven travel zone London .
Specially contact (Esha waqat) she help me a lot whenever I call her she answer my phone and help me. She also speak Urdu language as well..

When I first booked with this company, I booked a package for 3 people with Ahmad. I can’t complain, everything went really smooth, Ahmad went through every detail with myself from A-Z making sure everything was good to the point where if I needed him at 3am he would answer the call to help me with my query. Unfortunately, this time round I booked with this company I booked for 4 people. I went through hell.
To start off with, there was 3 people on one booking and 1 person on a separate booking which caused problems with checking in and seating assignments. Secondly I requested to fly from Manchester airport as well as arrive back to Manchester, However they issued our tickets to fly from Manchester and arrive into Heathrow which obviously I weren’t happy about as it’ll cost us all more money to get home. When I asked them to change it to Manchester airport, the agent Awais who doesn’t have a clue what he’s on about majority of the times had the cheek to ask me for an additional £150 per person to get this done bare in mind there were 4 of us in total or we fly back to Heathrow. After many phone calls with Awais also with other members of the company, they all decided to ignore our calls. At this point we’ve all decided to accept arriving back into Heathrow but request a refund off the company. Cut long story short, the company finally managed to refund us all a total of £200 which still isn’t enough to cover the cost of getting home from Heathrow.
Thirdly, getting all the right documents off them was a pain but at last I managed to get everything after so much asking.
Fourthly, at this point they’ve managed to get us our visas so we can book our permit on the Nusuk app. Out of 4 of us only 2 of the visa numbers were accepted on the app. When we asked them to sort this problem out after several calls and messages over WhatsApp, it was as if they didn’t know what to do. Therefore the 2 of us had to pay our way into the Rawdah because the issue wasn’t solved.
Lastly, when we all arrived into Jeddah 3 of the people in our group went through perfectly fine with their visas apart from myself. My visa number came up with someone else’s name on their system which resulted in me having to pay for another visa on the spot to enter. When I spoke to the manager Umair about this matter I was asked for proof of payment which I provided and requested a refund back again which took several days to come through.
We will never book with this company again!

It’s unfortunate as we went to do our umrah and instead of giving our 100% to it we all had a very stressful time with the whole journey there as well as trying to book Rawdah. To save yourselves from unnecessary stress and frustration avoid this travel agents at all costs!!

Everything waz well organised from picking up from airport to Mecca n màdina n also the ziyarates in màdina a Mecca the drivers were great the hotels were great in màdina n Mecca very close to the two sites.brother Khalid waz great easy to get hold of by phone nand he kept in touch to see all was well.alhamdulilah thankyou will use hajjumura4u without a doubt thankyou.

I have booked my whole Umrah package with Hajjumrah4u ..My whole experience was so great in every way they are excellent in every way they help you achieve every thing according to your budget and they offered you transportation with in the package which works superb for my family and the best thing is if you guys booked umrah package in advance they offered you to pay them in instalments which is the great offer because as you know now a days every one have their own budgets and the best thing is they are always in contact with you if you stuck in something they will sort out your problems as soon as possible and you can reach them 24/7 that’s what any one wants especially when you are in another country last but not the least their staff and all the agents are very friendly respectful and very generous i will confidently advice every one to get hajjumrah package from them you guys will not regret it ..Trust me they are the best..Hotels included in my package they are very close to Makkah and Madina and hajjumrah thank you so much for making my experience excellent thank you ..

Mustafa was brilliant from start to finish. He gave us a good price for our hotel in Makkah, and he also organised our visas all was done in good time. He was always checking up on us before, during and after our trip. I would recommend using Hajj & Umrah 4 U again. We used this before earlier in the year and Mustafa was first class then too. 10 out 10 for excellent customer service and care.

Customer service & advise over phone great & very helpful(Rameen) but information on hotel not so clear as management above customer service keep changing hotel saying upgrade but down graded even after payment been made like Golden Luxury Hotel to Andalus Royal Suites to silver Tabah Towers Hotel. Making it clear Rameen was very helpful.but still ok, Now being in Madinah & making it very clear Mr Syed Faizan- agent in Madinah. I was given room for 7 days getting in & with in 3 days was told to change again & placed in even smaller 3bed room with people in it & they are cooking in it. Only seeing there no bathroom & with many other problems given I had asked mr Faizan to change again. Now am not happy with agents there but am planning many more trips there again with & without family & will only use your services if information given doesn’t change & is clear from start & end

I booked a package from them in August, In a very good price but after i did the payment they changed my hotels and started asking me for money, I will not recommend to go with their service… I want my refund back..

I was recommended about their services by a family friend, specifically about the excellent service provided to them by Mohammed Awais, I felt satisfied during the booking process as Awais had recommended perfect hotels as per my budget, We booked for Umrah + Turkey visit with them and Awais was phenomenal in handling our bookings, he was there whenever I needed to speak to him, even after landing in Saudi Arabia and Turkey his support was excellent. The hotels we booked were very good and the transport they arranged was good too. All in all, I am absolutely satisfied with the services provided by Hajjumrah4u and specifically Awais and Omair. Alhamdulilah my family and I had an excellent Umrah experience which was arranged by Mohammed Awais. Everything ran very smoothly from the hotel stays at Voco Makkah and Saja Al Madinah, both of which were greatly organised and ensured that my family and I had a peaceful stay. Voco Makkah was a beautiful hotel which consisted of a free shuttle bus service which takes you to and from Masjid Al Haram. This was a very convenient feature and it made our stay even more enjoyable. On the other hand, Saja Al Madinah was also another wonderful hotel which contained all amenities at walking distance, including Masjid An Nabawi. This made our time in the location very pleasant. Additionally, the package organised by Mohammed Awais included a transportation service which included drivers who escorted us to and from key locations during our stay in Makkah and Madinah, allowing my family and I to be at ease and not having to worry about arranging transportation out of our own accord. During our time in Makkah and Madinah Mohammed Awais was very helpful and continued to reach out to us asking about how things were and provided countless amounts of support. Above all, I would highly recommend Hajj Umrah For You to other people who are looking to go on Hajj/Umrah. Allhamdullillah I got to visit the haramain in Makkah and Madinah . My package was arranged by a lovely Lady called Esha who managed to get me a very nice accommodation in both cities close to the holy mosque and prices was very reasonable.
