I booked an Umrah package through Hajjumrah4u. All the booking was done by ‘Khalid’, who kept his word and provided me the best deal possible. During the process of booking, I had to made a few changes due to leave approvals but Khalid was very understanding and helpful with the situation. The best thing about dealing with him was that he kept in touch throughout our stay in Saudi Arabia. To flight, hotels, transport and other services every thing was done without any delay or any kind of issues. I would recommend Hajjumrah4u 100%, and especially encourage people to ask for Khalid. I can’t thank him enough for his help and honesty on this blessed journey. I would definitely book through them again, In’Sha’Allah

First of all clear communication. I know what to expect and that makes things so easy for me. I had good hotel reception,got my room with fellow pilgrims, 10 minutes walk from Kaaba. Coach from Makkah to Madina was quickly arranged and even better in Madina. Khalid was really helpful and now my next plan s Hajj inshallah

I recently had the opportunity to perform Umrah, and I used Hajjumrah4u for my travel arrangements. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They handled all the logistics, including accommodation and transportation, which allowed me to focus on my spiritual journey without having to worry about a thing. Their pricing was very good compared to other travel agents while still providing a luxury experience in terms of flights and hotels.

One particular staff member, Muhammad Awais, was incredibly helpful; he always answered my queries promptly and sorted everything out for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided all the necessary information and arrangements I needed, from arranging Ziyarah, to transfers, to providing an Umrah guide, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Hajjumrah4u to everyone, as they truly made the experience seamless and memorable. I will definitely be booking with them again Insha’Allah.

Excellent service from start to finish for our Umrah tour . They kept their promise and arranged everything according to our demand on time. Specifically, Hajjumrah4u (travel agent) was dealing with our umrah package . All went smoothly, and we had a blessed umrah Alhamdulillah. From Hotel stay to Airport pick-up and drop off, everything was as expected 👌.

I recently completed an unforgettable 11-night journey for Umrah with this exceptional tour operator HajjUmrah4u. Our itinerary included four nights in Egypt, four nights in Mecca, and three nights in Madina.

From start to finish, every aspect of our trip was top-notch. The food was delicious, transportation arrangements were seamless, and our tour coordinator, Fahad Arshad, was outstanding. Fahad remained in constant contact with us throughout the journey, ensuring our comfort and promptly addressing any concerns.

Khansa was my customer service agent.

My experience from the start was disappointing. The price was more than their competitors. I was offered a price reduction which didn't materialise.

I had to chase Khansa constantly for confirmation of booking and invoices. I kept chasing even on the day of my flight. Khansa said you me "I think you have trust issues", which was unbelievably rude given she had not done her job.

I arrived at my first hotel in Makkah and she had not booked my hotel. There was no confirmation. I had to call the booking company to book the hotel. I waited for an hour in the lobby. It costs me £25 in phone calls at £2 per minute.

She did not arrange the tour guide I'd paid for either. I had to chase. She did not arrange the taxis I'd booked. I asked if it would be a Toyota, i.e. a low quality car, Khansa assured me this won't be case. A old dirty dented car arrived. For a 10min journey they charged me £20.

I asked for first class train tickets and this is what I paid for. She booked business class. She should have said that this is all we can book

It was the worst experience I had in 30 plus years of traveling.

I do not recommend this company.

I am very happy with the whole experience and the overall process was easy, I had no problems with the hotel or the service. Rameen who helped us through the process was very helpful and I have advised my own relatives about this service and if we decide to go again in the future I am more likely to use this service again. It was easy to follow and I highly recommend travelling with hajj umrah 4 you.

95 percent of what sister Ayesha Khan promised us happened. She has a good customer care.

I booked my umrah very last minute. Thanks to brother MUSTAFA who always comes through. He sorted us out with really good hotels both in Makkah and Madina. He even gave us partial kabaa view which was amazing.

Review:

I was planning ahead to do umrah. In the end الله invites his creation when he deems the right time.

At first, everything seemed promising. Our agent was Fiaz. It was agreed with him to make monthly installments to our package. I paid £400 for the flight deposit and hotel confirmation. We boomed flights, Hotels with breakfast, ziyarah, and transfer.

However, out of the blue, Fiaz left the company without telling anyone. This lead to a spiraling downfall of the company reputation. I became very annoyed and was glad I did not pay in full straight away. The attitude of the manager (was disgusting) of the company he was not willing to listen to what I had to say about Fiaz.

I told him directly that I am willing to accept the loss of the deposit £400 we're his xustomers and i am willing to go somewhere else.

After a long 3 day conversation we were dealt with another agent 'Mustafa'. My wife explained that it was agreed with their previous agent that i will save the total amount then pay the full amount before we go.

However, Mustafa said this was not mentioned by Fiaz. I showed screenshots and copied the chat to Mustafa then he agreed.

Not only that, I checked with the airline directly a week before on our flights to make sure everything was okay. They confirmed it was.

On the day of our flight, 1 hour before fake off the check in reception says my ticket was cancelled when I paid for everything IN FULL my flight was cancelled / unconfirmed. I was so stressed and my anxiety went through the roof.

I called Mustafa directly and shouted at him as I was being messed around from day 1. I said to him to get my boarding pass accepted asap as I can't let my wife go alone.
After a while he activated my ticket.

We booked double bed rooms with both swissotel mekkah and crowne plaza madinah.

When we reached Saudi Arabia, we found that the company booked twin bed rooms on both hotels. I had to ask the house keeping to join the beds together in both hotels.

WARNING: THIS FIRM HAJJ UMRAH 4 U IS NOT RECCOMENDED AND THE BEHAVIOIR THROUGHOUT MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE A RIP OFF/ FRAUDILENT.

What hajj umrah 4 U do:

They do not book client tickets directly. They get another firm to book it which they work with who have bad reviews too. This is so that they do not get caught if anyrhing goes wrong.

They take your money, pay for the cheapest room(s) then keep the (majority) difference of the money.

As I am a Licensing Officer for the Police, I realised this when I was in Mecca.

I did not say anything as we were there for 8 days and I was already angry at the service they provided. I partially got what I paid for.

Hopefully when Mustafa sees this or their manager sees this they will becareful who they're dealing with.

If they did anything else I would have reported this to HMRC, Company's House and other authorities.

Our trip to the Holy cities of Makkah and Madina was made easy by having full transport and perfect accommodation which perfect, the hotel in Makkah was 5mins walk away from the Harram, again perfect walking distance to go and attend the Jammah for every Salah... the transportation were all executive cars, the mini bus that took us from Makkah to Madina was spacious and it was only for us! The seats reclined all the way back so you can catch some shut eye on the 4hrs long drive to Madina, and being honest with you, the 4hrs didn't seem so long in this luxurious mini bus as it was
so comfortable... Again the Hotel we stayed at in Madina was 2mins away from Masjid Nabawi, Brother Mohammed Awais really looked after us and I can't recommend him enough. INSHA'ALLAH we'll be using him and his services again Insha'Allah next year, as we had a really good experience during this time and his services made this a lot easier knowing our accommodation and Transport were all sorted 😊👍🏽💯 May Allah Subhana WataAllah grant the brother Awais Barakah in his business and make it a form of Sadaqah that will benefit him in this life and in the next, When you make things easy for a believer, Allah Subhana WataAllah will surely make your affairs easy for you, he definitely made our trip easy for us, May Allah Subhana WataAllah reward you Brother Mohammed Awais 🫂😊👍🏽

I booked a package for my Dad and Husband back in September. The lady I dealt with was amazing, Rameen, from start to finish she made the whole process easy. She explained everything, in detail, if I had any questions, before, after or during their travel she was always there to help me. If any issues arose Rameen as well as other team members were quick to resolve them.
Everything was so in order that my Father and Husband enjoyed every moment of their pilgrimage.
Inshallah in future if required I will always come back to these guys and always recommend them.

The trips and accommodation were excellent. The most important aspect that impressed us was the aftercare services: the speedy and prompt response to our enquiries at any time of the day, as Mr Awais would be available. That is what gave us Stress-free Umrah. I would recommend Hajjumrah4u to anyone intending to perform HAJJ or Umrah.

We made our ummrah booking going out on the 14th October returning on the 25th Oct with a 3 day stay in Doha.
We were absolutely delighted with the service we got. After we had booked we needed to switch our dates and would like to especially impress with the quick and efficient response we received from Awais. He was always available a real asset for the company.
Although we are pleased with the overall service, I need to bring to your attention about our Zyarat trip arranged by you for makka and Madina.
The person narrating in Madina was very good.
I have my family travelling end of November for Ummrah and once again we have returned to you.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ayeesha of hajjumrah4u. She is an excellent and a very patient agent. A friend recommended Ayeesha to me, I spoke with her and I told her I want to perform Umrah for my birthday 24th of October 2024. Within a short notice Ayeesha was able to get me a great deal which wad cheaper than other agents. My package was all inclusive flight ticket, hotel and full ground transport. The hotel I stayed is a 5star hotel which is not too far from Haram, their is also shuttle option to take you to haram from the hotel. She also gave me a guide how to perform my Umrah, I am greatful Ayeesha, I had the best birthday, you me feel like a queen on my birthday. I will be back inshallah. I'm from London but am still in Saudi Arabia which is why my location is showing Saudi
