I ordered a 16x16 frame. The frame that came looks very cheap. I need to return it.

I love the prints but the shipping was an issue, the envelope was damaged so the prints were also bent. The creases on the prints are noticeable so I’m debating on returning.

Terrible communication, terrible user experience for tracking product. website is nice but after you press confirm order the entire experience went downhill fast.

Placed an order as a first time customer. Over a week later it said the order shipped. Another week went by with no tracking dates. I had to reachout to customer service (they didn’t contact me) for them to tell me my order is out of stock. Will never order from
Here again.

I ordered 12 gallery frames and only received 6. I have notified them multiple times and they still haven’t sent them.

I purchased a wooden/plexi frame for a large poster. Upon arrival it took time to get the back off, insert the poster and have it "sit" properly because the plexi was slipping and the groove seemed to be problematic. Two of us worked on it for some time before we were satisfied. I'm just hoping the poster doesn't slip when I hang it on the wall soon.

Placed an order on 12/16 (website said will ship 3-5 biz days). I contacted H&H on 12/23 and they said "We’ve recently experienced a high volume of orders, which led to some shipping delays". Then I reached out again on 12/26 and they replied with a tracking number for shipping. It's now 1/3 and USPS still doesn't have the package yet. Very dissatisfied!

I'm going on day 21 since I ordered, my order still hasn't shipped.

The poster had some creases along the edges straight out of the packaging (I was extremely careful). Also the poster doest fit in the frame that is apparently of the same size. It is too big

Wish I could give them zero stars as that is what the seller deserves. Bought this back in mid November. Came with a long scratch on the plexiglass. Contacted the seller and they sent out replacement plexiglass. Arrived poorly packaged and broken in two corners. Contacted them again and they said they would send out a replacement when they could get to it! I said WTF, I ordered this weeks ago and get on it. They said they would try! TOTAL BS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I'm 63 years old and know how this works. Filed for a refund and Amazon obliged. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!! h

Premature How Did We Do

Your email was received today but shipment is not scheduled to arrive for another four days

My order was canceled by your company only because you wanted to charge me more. You had the items, but you wanted me to pay more that what the order summary stated. That's unethical and inexcusable. Furthermore, your customer service directed me to go to another website and pay more there if I didn't want to pay more through you directly. This happened a couple days after the order was placed. What I thought was being shipped was canceled and I was left empty handed.

It was easy to look at the different designs. I chose the orange slices and they look just like what I saw online. They were easy to frame and look great in my kitchen

No order updates. Was displaying 3-5 day shipping and it has been 9 days and there has not been a single update.

The product was just as described-high quality and fantastic looking! It fit perfectly into the frame my grandson picked ( I would’ve purchased framed otherwise). He loves video games and this fit into the theme of his new room. Shipping was fast and tracking sent immediately to me. Everything was great!!

My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago and the tracking says the shipment has not been received by the shipper yet.

I gave a thorough review on Judge Me. This is an outstanding product presented with exceptional attention to detail, from packaging to ease of use.

Amazing! I love my print. Flawless, perfectly packed.
