Great frame and super easy to hang thanks to the guide sheet it comes with that you can tape to the wall.

I was a bit nervous to buy a print online but the print came in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

Ordering was easy. The product was well packaged to protect it during shipping.

I did not receive my full order and when I reported the error while the response was prompt and polite.. I still have not received the item I paid for that was left out of my order.

You need to make peeling the plastic overwrap easier. Add a Tab.

I ordered a print and it came damaged due to shipping so i reached out to the company and got a replacement all expenses covered by them! They were very nice and resolved the situation very quickly!

Have not recieved item. Still not shipped out 2 weeks later. No mention of delayed shipping when ordering.

You sent us the wrong sized frames -12x16 rather than 12x18 as we had ordered.

1. I ordered my product on January 15th (9 days/business days ago) and I have NOT received the items NOR a shipping notification.
2. Your website clearly states 3-5 business days, this is false. People oder things in hope to get projects done by a certain date.
3. I emailed customer service two days ago, and still did not receive a response- even though YOUR website says less than 24 hours.

I find this whole experience to be awful & I will not be shopping here again. I HOPE to actually receive the items that I paid for BEFORE the day I am going to need them.

I did not receive what I ordered. I received a large envelope with a thank you card. I ordered a set of 3 pictures.

If I were placing this a few days from now after any kind of update, I'm not sure I'd give you 1 star, except my order was supposed to be delivered today and I haven't even had a "processed" update, let alone a shipping confirmation. There has been no update since December 8th when I placed the order. As someone involved in the arts and framing, I completely understand that these things take time (particularly around the holidays) but I would have expected some kind of update by now - even just to say "We're sorry, it's taking us a bit longer to process this order".

I placed an order for frames and unfortunately two days later I needed to cancel it. My cancellation email to Haus and Hues was promptly acknowledged by a friendly representative and my refund was received within a few days. No run around, just good old fashioned customer service! So impressed with this company.

Would prefer glass to plexi, and wire to sawtooth mounts. Wood quality is pretty good.

My frame got damaged by courrier; H&H send new frame free of charge within two days. Good service.

Great customer service and love that they arrived ready to hang and with super quick shipping. Such good quality too! Will be ordering more!

The frames are beautiful and great designs. Color and frame material selections are amazing!
