My order was September 13 and still has not shipped.

Ordered some frames over three weeks ago and only a shipping label had been created after two weeks (despite website saying it would arrive within 3-5 business days). Customer support said there were maintenance machine issues and offered a 10% discount. I also got an email asking if I was happy with my purchase before even receiving. I wish the company had more realistic shipping estimates when purchasing given the frames are not cheap to buy.

I finally received my order three weeks later but one of the frames is missing a mat. The print I’m framing requires a mat so I requested a replacement be shipped. Surprisingly, the replacement mat shipped and arrived within two days!

I am ultimately pleased with the frames and satisfied with my order! It was worth the hassle but patience was necessary!

The prints were very pretty. We’re overall pleased with our purchase. One of them had a bit of sticky stuff on it that I had to gently remove with tape. Also, did not realize the glass would be bendy instead of solid.

I have not received ANY tracking or shipping updates and it has been weeks. Where is my package

My order came quickly but not quite as expected. As I reached out for help, I received a quick helpful response to fix the situation. Awaiting one more package!

Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 business days. It's now been 5 days and I just got confirmation the order was received (was not shipped yet). I was relying on timely delivery for a deadline, so I am disappointed.

Finally found a wall art company that ships on time with great frames. Prices were reasonable too. Just got my second shipment in already :)!

Ordered a very nice light wood frame. It is not only great quality but looks beautiful in my bedroom. Was delivered within a few days, came faster than I thought it would. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Each frame I bought is simple, yet beautiful and they were packaged very well. I would purchase again!

It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I made this order and I’ve requested an update on timing of delivery. I requested that more than once, but I have received no information. As I mentioned earlier, I have a deadline for an art gallery show for using these frames later this month and I’m concerned that they may not reach me in time.

I wouldn't think I would get an email to rate my order when I havent received it. It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order and I am yet to even receive confirmation that it has been shipped.

I have inquired twice about an order placed on May 12th, 2025. It's been 10 days and I have not gotten any answers. I still do not know if they received my order, and if so, where is it?

The frames come with a paper insert for installation. Some of the frames brackets matched the paper insert and some didn’t which caused the nails to be off and unable to mount. After adjusting and filling holes they mounted. Also, on the 20x20 frames I got the 16x16 border. When we placed our pictures we noticed the borders are different sizes. For the price I wouldn’t recommend. Frames are nice but too many issues.

I always love Haus and Hues, they always have high quality prints that don’t cost a fortune. It makes it easier to decide

I ordered 10 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped?

It said it would arrive within 1-5 business days and after 7 days it hasn’t even shipped
