Beautiful colors on the prints and great designs! My items shipped quickly and were in great condition. I was worried about potential damage to the prints during the shipping process, but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived.

EXCESSIVE EMAILS for a simple return. About 5 per one item returning with two employees responding intermittently. Plus, they want YOU to tell them when you've mailed a return.

I ordered this print a week ago with a shipping speed that said 3-5 business days. A week later, it annoyingly still apparently has not been shipped, but the company did have the audacity to have an automated email sent, asking me for my review.

Order placed on July 19th. Numerous emails on the status of shipment. Hard to reach customer reps. Tried live chatting. Doesn’t exist. No phone number to call. Product finally shipped on August 2nd. It took two weeks to ship. Completely unacceptable when your website says otherwise. I asked for expedited shipping after I still had not received it after 10 days. And that didn’t happen. I will be lucky to get this by August 5th. This was for my daughter’s college dorm. She left a week ago. Terrible experience. Customer service below average. Something more could have and should have been done to get the shipment moving. Hoping all is well when the product finally arrives.

Frustrated. Website says orders ship within one business day and it’s been over a week with no change in status of my order. Emailed customer service and was told I’d have an update ASAP. It’s now been 3 days since that email, so I emailed again and asked for an update and was told they’d “reach out” again to their shipping team. This was supposed to be a surprise for my son’s new room when he arrived home from a trip- now we have blank walls and no posters and I’m 100$ invested into something I don’t have.

They said 3-5 business days but it’s been two weeks and my package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve messaged customer service twice so far and they haven’t ever responded back, good luck with trying to get your prints.
