Unexpectedly expensive
All the people I spoke to and came to the house were friendly and helpful. However I arranged a service for £90 and was told everything was fine but following day I discovered a leak. Engineer returned and said I needed the filter to be replaced. This cost an additional £270. The part retails at less than £60 and it was an hours work. I thought this expensive. A few days later I had to switch the boiler off because the pressure was too high. Another engineer came and drained water from the system. Working fine now.

Arrived on time, removed shoes without asking. Did the job efficiently as always. Also explained what they had done.

Great team at HDS

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, great communications and value for money! We received a reccommendation for HDS from friends who had a boiler installed, and are very pleased to have gone with them.
