Rachel from start to finish is immediately available when i tried to contact her, she reassured me and guided me with her expertise throughout the whole process and did everything she could to help myself and my partner Sam purchase the house of our dreams.
Our overall experience with Rachel has been exceptional. Her dedication to helping us find our dream home, combined with her professionalism and genuine care, made this journey smooth and enjoyable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as our guide and advocate.

We are currently looking at buying a resale property with heylo and this lovely lady has made the process so much less stressful. She has been super helpful and supportive throughout the last week. We struggled to get anywhere with the selling estate agent and Megan has come to the rescue. She explained the process, the documents needed and what extra bits we may need due to our unique situation at the moment and with one swift email, all has been submitted in one go rather than lots of toing and froing. With her help we are now going through the checks process and we hope soon to be approved to start the moving process.

My home reach battle
I enquired about a house with Heylo home reach, the share I could buy wasn’t as high as Heylo wanted and I was turned down, I decided not to give up on the house it was a massive battle but I had a real need to be in the area and Rachel understood was very helpful and helped to make it all happen! We have just moved into our new house, and it we visited it on the 4th April for the first time! The turnaround was unbelievable and we are so happy.

Owning a home, thanks to Heylo
I've been saving for years to buy a home, but cost of housing has outpaced my ability to save. The shared ownership has allowed us to move into my own home whilst also ensuring financial stability. Shared ownership isn't for everyone, but it was for us, and it's worked genuinely well. Heylo have been seamless with the whole onboarding. Cannot fault.

Rachel has been an absolute star and…
Rachel has been an absolute star and always responds really quickly to any issues. The whole process went really smoothly.
The only minor issue is that I have reported a snagging concern but not received any confirmation it is being dealt with. Over 12 months since moving in and reporting a snag, this has not been resolved. Extremely disappointed.

I recently purchased a shared ownership property through Heylo Housing Association. From the initial inquiry to the final stages of the purchase, the delivery of paperwork was remarkably efficient. All necessary documents were provided on time, allowing the purchase to proceed without any delays. This level of organization and reliability was impressive.
Overall, my experience with Heylo Housing Association was very good. Their commitment to prompt responses, excellent communication, and timely delivery of paperwork made the purchase process seamless. I highly recommend Heylo to anyone considering a shared ownership property.

Awful company. We submitted via an estate agent our interest in getting a shared ownership house through this company. We heard nothing from them after having chased them directly ourselves until 6 days later they decided to inform us the house had been sold to someone else.

When you try and sell your house they are not interested at all to help. My solicitor has been trying to get a paper signed off by them and for two months of continuous emails and voice mail messages still nothing has been sorted. Very poor service from this company

Heylo Housing has been a massive help through the process. Rachel was always there with advise and knowledge to help make sure I was comfortable with the details of the sale. Although the process took longer than I had expected, I never felt pressured to exchange until I was satisfied with the agreements. Truly thankful for all of her help.
