Hurtig Lane exceeded my expectations. The watch is gorgeous, but what really stood out was the service, fast delivery and friendly support. I messaged them on WhatsApp with a question about vegan leather care, and they replied almost instantly with really clear advice. A truly ethical brand with quality products.

I’m really impressed with Hurtig Lane. My vegan watch arrived much faster than expected and the packaging was beautiful and ecofriendly. I had a question about the strap size and their customer support replied on WhatsApp within minutes. I also love that part of their profits supports food banks, children and animal charities. It feels good buying from a brand that actually walks the talk.

The professional and very nice customer support. I bought a watch as a gift and contacted them through Instagram when the package took a little longer than estimated. Got help with my question within minutes and the person helping me was extremely nice and accommodating! While we were chatting I remembered I hadn’t checked the mail and sure enough, there was the package. Very happy with it!

Really happy with my order from Hurtig Lane. The vegan watch strap is excellent quality and the shipping to my address in Germany was surprisingly fast. Great product and great service, I’ll be back for more. ☺️

Ordered some vegan straps to replace the old leather ones on my vintage watch. I contacted Hurtig Lane beforehand and they were really helpful in guiding me to the correct sizes. The straps arrived quickly, along with a leaflet showing all the charities and organisations they support with their profits. The straps are great quality and look fantastic on my watch, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I saw a few negative reviews and wanted to share that my experience was completely positive. I had some questions before ordering and the team responded quickly on WhatsApp. Since my delivery address is in the US, they explained that orders are currently routed through the UK first. My package still arrived quickly, and I was able to track it the whole way.

I am very disappointed with the poor communication from the customer service.

When I ordered with Tracked & Express, I waited a week and still got no tracking info and no updates from Hurtig Lane. I sent a mail to them: no response. Only when I contacted them via Instagram another week later, I had a response and we continued over WhatsApp.

Like in another review I read, my parcel was lost by the courier. But only after I asked for updates. Why was there no tracking info? Usually the seller also gets notified about tracking, right?

Coincidentally, my order was now out of stock, so they had the nice offer of sending a different watch straight away or waiting around 6 weeks to restock + an extra strap for free. I preferred the one I originally wanted, so I chose to wait and let them know that I needed it before 9 weeks later for a wedding week. 7 weeks later, I ask for an update, they told me it will hopefully take a week for the supplier to restock, and if I didn't receive it before the end of the month, they will refund me. Again I got no updates from them after the end of the month, so I asked for a refund. They told me they would do it right away. A week later, nothing was refunded. I asked via WhatsApp: ignored. A few days later I sent a formal email asking for a deadline (as my creditcard company wants, so I can claim my money two weeks later when getting no response), and a day later they finally started the process of refunding the money.

Why advertise with Track & Trace if you're not giving it to anyone? Why make customers wait and ask for updates and not be proactive about your orders? In my experience this passive communication is a clear pattern, and I see others experience this as well. It's a good way to make customers lose trust. I'm not going to order here again.

If the communication was better (like giving updates proactively, instead of waiting for every single deadline to pass until the customer starts asking questions), I wouldn't mind waiting three months for my order. But I lost trust here after reading it has been the same since 2 years.

Ik heb ruim twee weken terug (2 sept) een horloge besteld, en helaas tot op heden niks ontvangen. Meermaals een mail gestuurd en het contactformulier ingevuld, maar helaas daar geen reactie op gekregen.

My experience was similar to other reviews on here and I wanted to both reiterate those and provide some reassurance to prospective buyers.

I bought my vegan leather watch band and although I received the purchase confirmation right away, I didn't receive any information regarding tracking. The band took 2-3 weeks to arrive but arrive it did. I took some solace from the reviews on here about the lack of communication and longer-than-expected delivery times. My band is absolutely excellent - just what I wanted and an outstanding price. I absolutely recommend this seller as long as you don't need something right away and are prepared to patiently wait. The product is awesome, looks fantastic and I'll likely buy from again.

First of all these watches are absolutely stunning. My bf was in need of new watch and I came across Hurtig Lane, because I was looking for great quality vegan watches. My bf eventually chose the 'Mykonos Vegan Leather Watch Gold, Black & Black'. Something went wrong with the delivery service, which was in no way Hurtig Lanes fault. When I contacted them through instagram, they responded so quickly! They were so helpful and kind and immediatly helped solve the problem, which was not at all caused by them. The packaging is amazing, the little feltlike pouch that comes with it, is so nice and soft and nicer than some pouches you can buy in stores, and this just comes with the watch. Then, the watch: absolutely beautiful. The details the feel, it's really the key that can pull an outfit together.
And again the customer service is amazing. There was a little damage on the strap, so I contacted Hurtig Lane, again they responded quickly, and offered to send a replacement strap. I never had such a great experience with customer service.
Tldr: Hurtig Lane has beautiful products and if there's bumps in the road, the immaculate customer service is always there to smooth the way. I'm just so blown away and impressed by this brand.

Purchased the perfect watch for my upcoming elopement ceremony, with an estimated delivery of 5-8 days. Unfortunately it's been a little over 2 weeks and have yet to receive any shipping updates. I just sent an email yesterday, but after reading these reviews I'm not too confident I'll get a response there. I'm just hoping this reaches the right person as I was really looking forward to wearing this watch on my big day!

It's not easy to find places with high quality vegan watch bands. When Hurtig Lane came up on Google, I was excited by the stylish designs and seemingly high quality material. When I checked for reviews outside the company website, I found TrustPilot where people had somewhat middling experiences. Because I had a good experience, I wanted to write that the watch bands are excellent quality. Yes, as some of the reviews point out, it's a small team and communication is not immediate. But, because they are a small business, they also put special touches together when I told them it was a gift for my wife's birthday and they covered extra fast shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. We are both really happy with our watch bands and will likely be future customers next time we need a watch or future watch bands.

Love these guys. They were communicative, and they're an ethical company which counts for a lot to me. The products (at least, the one I bought) are great quality, too.

This is a really beautiful watch with gorgeous details and a very satisfying ‘tick’.

The watch arrived 10 days after I ordered it (delivered to UK) which I think is very reasonable. The only annoying thing was that no shipping or tracking information was provided. I was about to get in touch to ask for an update when the watch arrived later that day.

Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a new watch <3

My order arrived late and the tracking of the parcel did not work, which caused me some worries. However, the customer support was very polite and responsive and even offered to send a premium delivery to make the watch, which is a gift for my partner, arrive in time. The watch arrived in the end 5 days late but in great condition. It looks beautiful and I am sure my partner will be happy. Thank you for the kind customer support messages.

I was looking for a new vegan watch to replace one I had lost at airport security. I was so happy to find the black and rose gold Mykonos watch as it was practically identical to my old one. Ordering was simple and I found communication with the Hurtig Lane team swift and informative. My new watch is beautiful and I love supporting vegan businesses too. I'm currently looking at the rest of the range for another piece :)

The team at Hurtig went out of their way to help me locate my order and ensured that it got to me in time even when the postal service were dragging their feet. Great product and service

Ordered a strap over a week ago and paid for express delivery (2-3 days). Received confirmation email but no further update. Chased them yesterday but have had no response. This was supposed to be an Xmas gift but as it presumably hasn't even been despatched its not going to arrive in time.
EDIT: After the review on Trustpilot the order was sent out on a 24 hour delivery and arrived 23rd Dec
