I could not be happier with the quality of the two vegan leather straps I recently received. So much so, I immediately bought a cactus leather one to try also.
The built-in, quick-release pins make changing the look of my watches effortless and fun. And the service was excellent and quick. Highly, highly recommended.

After receiving the order confirmation, no watch was ever sent out. After almost two weeks of waiting, I tried to contact Hurtig Lane through their contact form on the website as well as through instagram message, where in both cases I received no response.

After posting this review I got almost immediately a response. The problem was handled and my watch got send out in the next couple of days. Also as a apology I was gifted a free watch band.

J'ai commandé une montre et un bracelet de montre sur le site de la marque le 25/11. J'ai opté pour la livraison express et suivie en 3 et 7 jours.
Depuis, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de mail me confirmant l'expédition de ma commande, ni de réponses à mes mails de la part du service client.
J'espère avoir une réponse de la marque et recevoir prochainement ma commande.

I recently ordered a watch strap and although I paid for express delivery (which the website said would take 3-7 working days), the strap didn't arrive until 14 days later. Even after contacting customer service, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number (let alone a reply). I then realised that I had ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service to arrange a return. At first it seemed that there had been a mix-up and they had sent the wrong size, but when I clarified that I had actually ordered the wrong size myself and wanted to return it, they stopped responding. It's now been 9 days and I've been unable to return the strap. So I'm left with a useless strap that doesn't fit my watch. Very disappointing.

I received a Hurtig Lane watch from my partner as a Christmas present, and I immediately loved the look, feel, and performance of the watch. Although I treasured the watch, I probably didn't take the best care with it, and when I dropped the watch on hard tiled floor this year, one of the time markers detached from the watch face. I explained this to Hurtig Lane's customer service, attaching a picture, and their very friendly customer service team immediately dispatched a new watch to me free of charge. I'll be taking better care of this one, and I'm very proud to wear it!

I ordered my watch two weeks ago and received a confirmation email, telling me that I would receive a dispatch email shortly after. I never received my dispatch email and emailed the customer services to query this twice. I never received a response from them either.

Following writing my initial review, Hurtig Lane got in touch, apologising for the fact that my dispatch email seemed not to have reached me. The watch arrived 2 days later and looks great, however, it did take roughly a fortnight and a lot of faff to get it.

Je suis vraiment déçu par mon expérience avec cette commande. Malgré avoir passé ma commande le 25 avril et avoir été débité le 26 avril, je n'ai reçu aucune information sur l'expédition. J'ai essayé de contacter le service client à plusieurs reprises, mais ils n'ont pas répondu à mes messages. Cela fait maintenant 8 jours et je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles et toujours rien reçu. C'est inacceptable.

Was erg blij met mijn bandje, hij pastte goed bij mijn Seiko en de kwaliteit voelde prima. Helaas is het kleinste gaatje nog net te groot voor mijn 16cm pols dus moest langs de schoenmaker om er een gaatje bij te laten prikken.

Grootste probleem is toch de kwaliteit, omdat na slechts een paar keer dragen het lusje is afgebroken... Erg jammer want sta wel helemaal achter cruelty-free horloge bandjes!

The order came quick and the watch band I got is high quality and looks amazing. 10/10 product.

So I gave a Five star review because of the way the company delivered my item and once the communication problem had been sorted it was delivered in the stated time on the website , if you are ordering from this company try not to panic as I believe the issues I was having like a few others was down to technology rather than the company it selves but true to their word they rectified this and I had my item within a week so fair play 👍 The watch I ordered was just the ticket and the gift pouch was first class so would highly recommend 👍⭐️

This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful.

When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.

FIRST REVIEW: Purchased a watch and received order confirmation mid-November. Requested a status update two weeks later. Now mid-December still heard nothing from them - not even a status update. Reading these reviews, it seems I'm not the only one...

I'm so disappointed. I used to have a Hurtig Lane watch and it was great – so great, I wanted to replace it when I broke the old one while trying to change the battery myself (entirely my bad). Seems they've gone downhill over the past few years...

UPDATE: After posting my first review, Hurtig Lane reached out to address the problem. Their communication from this point onward was consistently prompt and professional. However, the first package they sent out contained the wrong watch (a different face than the one I ordered). When I pointed this out, they sent out a second package with the correct watch and some complementary straps.

I'm glad to have received the watch I ordered because the quality of their products is great. It still sucks that it took almost two months to arrive and that I had to post a negative review to prompt them to communicate and deliver my order. I do like their products and the ethics behind the company, so I hope they get their act together soon.

Happy to support a vegan brand! Ordered a cactus leather watch for my wife and a bee bracelet for my daughter. The team are friendly and I love that this company give back to local charities. Based in Spain the delivery times aren't as fast as Amazon but I think it is worth the wait and happy to support an ethical company! I will certainly purchase again in the future!

Initially, my experience didn't seem great. However, it turned out that there were reasonable explanations. Emails from the company in response to mine were going into my spam, leaving me to think I was being ignored when this was not the case. Mike reached out via phone when he realised I was not recieving his emails and explained the issues they had been facing with their courier.

The company are doing what they can to get my order to me before Christmas, which I greatly appreciate. The customer service has been excellent and they seem genuinely disheartened with the reflection the problems they have faced these last weeks has had on their company.

I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands.

I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend!

I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.

Yet to receive the watch strap ordered 15 days ago. Their website says that the delivery time for Rest of the World is 7-10 days, which is clearly not true. When I wrote to customer service, they said the typical time is 12-15 WORKING days, which is a far cry from what they have listed on their website. Since I haven't received my order yet, I can't comment on the product itself but the waiting time has been a complete letdown.

Update: It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the strap. The Hurtig customer care team refunded the entire amount promptly when I wrote to them, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

Compré un reloj y nunca me llegó. Según ellos, era culpa de correos, pero creo que simplemente nunca me lo enviaron. Creo que tenían mal actualizado el stock en la pagina web, porque cuando yo lo compre habia stock de todos los relojes y a los dos días no quedaba stock de ninguno.

La mitad de los correos que les he enviado no me han contestado. Y aunque me dijeron que me iban a devolver el dinero, llevo un mes intentando recuperar mis 90 euros. No tengo ninguna duda, son una estafa.

I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

I will not use this company again. My order never arrived. Firstly, the customer service team was tracking my parcel, but completely ignored my emails when it did not arrive 14 days after the expected delivery date. After the experience I received, I find it very hard to believe that this company has "an ethical background and values". Sadly, they do not respect their own clients. I would not recommend Hurtig Lane to anyone who appreciates their own time, nerves and funds. I have received my money back thanks to my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Hurtig Lane made zero effort to sort the issue out.

Since I have posted this review, Hurtig Lane has contacted me and sincerely tried to investigate and rectify the issue described above.

As a genuine disclaimer I need to mention that I have received no financial or any other kind of benefits from Hurting Lane or 3rd parties in light of this addition to my previous review. I just truly believe that everyone can make a mistake and everyone has the right to a second chance.

I need to say that a few years back I had a vegan leather watch strap from Hurtig Lane. The quality of the product was second to none, hence the desire to buy a new one.
