Great vegan brand. Family brand with sustainable and vegan ethics. I bought a Mykonos all black watch with a cactus strap and I love it. It’s sleek and stylish. Responsive email team. I had a question and Cerian was very helpful and friendly!

The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

I’m obsessed with their Bee jewellery and they give donation of profits to a bee conservation charity. I ordered their jewel necklace and matching earrings, they came in a really nice gift pouch and box. I bought for me but I will be buying for a friend too as they make a really nice gift.
I emailed them because I made a mistake on my address, they replied quickly and fixed it.
So happy to find a successful vegan brand!

I bought a new strap for my watch made from cactus leather and I love it! I contacted the company as I was not sure what size strap I needed and they sent me really clear instructions how how to measure my watch strap. I now also have a Hurtig Lane square watch. Orders arrived quickly. Recommend :-) especially the cactus leather!

Vegan and ethically made watches, what's not to like? Well, that's the theory. The practice is some of the worst customer service I've experienced to date, and I would caution everyone against ordering from this shop.

I ordered a watch in early March, the website stated delivery times to be 5–7 days. After two weeks of no news, no shipment notice, and no watch, I contacted the shop. At first I did not get a reply. After another attempt, they finally responded and told me that my order may have got lost.
After several further emails, I was told the watch had been shipped (but if so, why was I not notified of its shipment?), but that the courier might have lost it. They offered to post the watch again with a different courier. When I agreed to this, I was told that the style I had ordered was sold out and I would have to wait at least another week. Why was this not mentioned before? Instead, I spent about 10 days emailing back and forth with their customer service without clear answers, and only further delays.

Overall, my impression is that this site might be a scam, and that they might attempt to stall customers indefinitely. Their website has stated for over a month now that customers will get a discount "this weekend". This seems odd. So overall I recommend: do not order from them!
The only aspect of this which was handled promptly was the refund. I wish I could be refunded for the time I wasted on this whole experience as well.

Edit: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company multiple times with accusations of writing multiple negative reviews. I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place. Avoid!

Never ever again.

I placed an order on 15.01.23 for earrings and nothing happened since then.
Till today I wrote 3 emails because they are supposed to be a present but NO answer.
Nothing.

Be careful with the company.
It was the same with my last order in summer '22 - one month after my order they contacted me and apologized for the delay. "It was a mistake"...

Well, obivously this mistake happens more than once.
And this time they don't even answer.

I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

Hurtig Lane verkoopt hele mooie horloges. Toen ik een probleem had met de levering werd ik ontzettend goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Ook de verpakkingen zijn niet te groot, wat veel afval bespaart. Ik raad iedereen die een vegan, ethisch verantwoord horloge wil Hurtig Lane aan!

I am so happy with my purchase. I bought a beautiful watch for my boyfriend and he is super happy with it. It arrived quickly and looks so good on him. So happy there is a vegan store with such beautiful products. The costumer service is very good and they are very polite and helpful and answer very quickly. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away.

I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.
