Absolutely brilliant,I couldn't get a Dr appointment.hospital no chance I'm a 24/7 carer for my dad.really bad abscess and the company,so fast, wow I had my medication first post the next morning.extremely impressive people to deal with xxx

The cards arrived very quickly and were of a high quality - better than I expected for what appeared to be a competitive price. Some aspects of the website were a bit hard to navigate it promised a sample card which when I rang up to chase (excellent customer service) they were unable to offer! The functionality of the website is a real frustration, when I was trying to create my design, you cannot create and copy a whole template ie day and evening wedding invite same apart from time, you have to start again!!!

I was expecting my wedding invitations a bit better than they are. Too shiny and too dark.

The quality of the cards and the content, and speedy delivery were excellent. The site needs improving dramatically though. you were unable to save without starting another card!!

fantastic service, invitations were done at very short notice and just one telephone call to the customer service deparment ensured me of a speedy service. It was indeed and a representative called me the day my invites were sent out. The thank you cards arrived the same week that I ordered them. Excellent service, lovely invites that remain a talking point. I cannot recommend I-do personalise enough a must for wedding stationery. Thank you for helping to make my wedding such a huge success!

I initially ordered birth announcment cards in October. I was really pleased with the user friendly website, the speed of the delivery and the quality of the product. So when they offered me a 70% discount on personalised xmas cards I didn't hesitate to order them. I would definitely recommend ido-personalise! :D

I ordered christmas cards via Groupon and didnt expect much!! However what a surprise, they were lovely and i ordered a second batch for this year!! Everyone who i sent one commented on how nice they are. I have now ordered thank you cards for my children's christmas gifts. I hope my Mum is going to order some on the next deal.....i know she will love them too!! Thank you Ido-personalise!!!

I ordered 70 Personalised photo xmas cards. They arrived in pristine condition with excellent packaging and I only waited 6 days for their delivery.
Extremely happy with my purchase and the only reason I did not rate them as 5 star was due to them being on the pricey side compared to others on the market.

ordered 100 personalised Xmas cards which are great and arrived 3 days later. Also ordered pack of 10 with different picture& message, unfortunately I received someone else's Xmas cards. Phoned up a few days later as I was away when order arrived and was told they would re-print & resend, that was last Thursday. If they don't arrive tomorrow, I will probably miss the last posting day - I will have to send 1st class & hope they arrive in time for Xmas subject to the cards actually arriving with me,

A fantastic range to choose from and the cards are great quality,the web site is really easy to use and delivery is very prompt.

Communication was great, delivery of Christening cards was quick. Other items took longer but that was due to the company trying to contact me to confirm name required on item. Was impressed that they picked this up!

Have tried to personalise a photo card and although it lets me upload an image no problem once I try to personalise the inside of the card, the website keeps freezing, none of the buttons that I click on work, and it won't save anything or add it to my basket , I've wasted over an hour this evening trying to do what should have been a ten minute job and it's still failed to deliver - completely useless! Or if I'm missing something then the instructions are rubbish as I seem to manage it fine on other websites such as snapfish.co,uk and photobox.com

I ordered Christening invites and after a week didn't recieve them. Contacted ido-personalise and credit where it's due they were prompt with their response and told me that they had checked and were due to be delivered that day. 2 days later still nothing so I contacted them, again to be told that they had been with the courier for 10 days and should be delivered any day. To date nearly 3 weeks later I have not had them. I am still waiting for reimbursement and have had to buy a cheap supermarket alternative.. Whilst ido-personalise have been quick to communicate they have been slow to reimburse me and perhaps they should consider a different courier

This is the second year I have bought personalised Xmas cards and again very impressed! The web site is very easy to use and order items alongside a quick delivery service. I was impressed last year and that is why I came back again. Cards are of good quality with varied choices to suit all tastes. Thank you once again I will be ordering once again next year! Highly recommend these cards for any organisations who want to send Xmas cards to their supporters.
