still waiting!!!!

i have ordered wedding invitation sample TWICE as the first one didnt turn up so decided to order it again but still waiting! it has been nearly 3weeks since i ordered the first sample and 8days since the second one. i did recieve emails saying: Your order has been successfully processed.Your product samples will arrive at their destination within 1-2 working days.
Well it is not acceptable.

Ordered wedding invitations and matching envelopes, invitations arrived with plain white envelopes instead, was initially told that orders are sometimes sent out separately, waited a couple of days and am still waiting for the matching ones with no reply to my email and money already being taken from my account!!

Super-fast service from I Do Personalise - I wanted business cards but am fed up with a cheap deal becoming expensive at place such as Vista print (who I have used a few times before) - there were no hidden charges and I got my cards with my OWN DESIGN on them for under a tenner.....arrived quickly and I'm well pleased :)

I am absolutely delighted with my wedding invitations... the quality is fantastic, the design so unique and they were packaged really well. All my guests have commented on how fab they are and I couldnt be happier!! Thankyou so much x

I ordered my Save the Date cards 10 days ago now...money has been taken from my account and still nothing delivered.
No reply from any emails I have sent either

As you input and format your order on our website, you are in fact building your order, we will print exactly what you submit to us, there is no human intervention in our order process until the order is put into the shipping parcel. This is why I am 100% confident that what we have printed is exactly what you input into our site.



Our Customer Service team offered to reprint the order for 25% of the original value, as a good will gesture. This offer is still open for you to take up.

I received our wedding invitations with spacing and typing errors. Despite numerous calls over 3 days and sending a copy of the print of our original error free order I have been refused a refund or free reprint. The 'best' offer a senior manager could offer was a further 25% payment for a reprint. Somehow the template has formatted the invites wrong but that is not our error.
Appalling service, very difficult to get through to call centre and calls were not returned when promised. 3 very stressful days of getting nowhere so I'm pursuing a case for compensation but this has been a truly awful experience.
