Great insurance policy coverage. Great inclusion and reasonable price.
Response to email blunt. I asked to change coverage enquired about it and it was automatically changed without my acceptance.
Also no loyalty discounts and increased prices for renewing same policy since I have been a member

Highly Not recommend to deal with imar insurance.
I did Not wanted to renew, if I wanted I could get in touch with you guys.
You leave a little note on the second or third page of your invoice and you renew it by yourself and take the money out of my account.
That’s so wrong.

Excellent
The whole process was quick and easy. I had public Liability Insurance earlier with Imar. The receptionist forwarded my call to Stuart Thomas who got the new public Liability Insurance up and running just like that. He explained the premium and all associated costs and advantages of the policy. Very helpful person. Thank you imar.

Dealing with a Person not a computer
I shopped around and not only were IMAR cheaper but also so much easier to deal with. To deal with someone on the phone that listened, understood and found the right fit for my needs. I tried other companies on line but found it difficult and confusing. The personal touch made all the difference

Stuart from Imar insurance was the most professional and amazing broker I’ve EVER dealt with !!
He got onto my needs straight away and he got back to me with 3 quotes within 30 minutes.
Sent invoice immediately and within an hour of me initial call I was paid up and insured. Couldn’t be more impressed!!
