Infinity Energy Services Bewertungen

Prompt, good workmanship and Technical support, excellent customers service.

This company was recommended to me as a solar panel installer by a neighbour who had already used it. I was impressed by its professionalism, quality workmanship and constructive approach, and by the advanced technology on offer. However, I felt it could have devoted a little more effort to explaining the technical aspects in a simple way for the less technologically literate. Overall, a good experience. Highly recommended.

Fully digital proposal-to-payment process, flexible team, high-quality installation.

Very satisfied with the standard of installation both the roof team and electrician Sam did an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in recommending infinity energy services

Quick response to my enquiry. On site survey indicated that they plan work carefully. Work done quickly after initial survey

Great efficient service. Phil, Steve, Sam & Josh very friendly & did their jobs great. Turned up on time. All up and running. No probs very happy😀

I'd definitely recommend Infinity Energy Services, very smooth process to buy and the system looks excellent when installed. Just need some sunny days now!

My only feedback/learnings that I would give are:
Your sales person Joe made the point we can draw down power from the grid at its cheapest time i.e. 12.00 mid night to 4am but what he failed to call out is you need to check if you are on a fixed rate deal as if you are you need to change. No biggie but worth telling people.

Support - You don't have an out of hours numbers for emergencies, we had a small hicup post install and it was hard to get hold of someone. That said I tried social media and Sam our engineer called me at 7ish PM on a Friday so well done Sam & the team for actually coming back to us.

As above, I'd definitely recommend Infinity as they were outstanding, system went in very smoothly, their workmanship looks outstanding.

What an excellent company to deal with- so professional. Everything done to time and agreement. We’ve had solar panels for 7 years but not until now enjoyed the benefits of battery storage. My advice to anyone seeking to install solar panels is - make sure you make the additional investment for a battery. I’m now 98% self sufficient. Infinity were so helpful and their installation team were first rate - I should have gone with them years ago!

Extremely helpful and informative throughout the process from start to finish of installing solar power to our property. All staff have been very professional, and have gone above and beyond. The installers have been very thorough and meticulous, and pay particular attention to detail. Very satisfied customer, would highly recommend Infinity Energy.

Fantastic service today by Joe who was polite, hardworking, tidy, and helpful. Replaced our troublesome solar battery Gateway. Hooray!

Infinity Energy have just completed my installation and have done a super job. All the work was done with care and on time.

Infinity were always responsive and quickly so when a snag arose, which we are confident will be fixed quickly.

From initial contact through to completion of the project everyone was friendly and helpful. On the day of installation the team that turned up were polite and very efficient. They took all the rubbish, which was a great touch compared to some contractors.
The whole process was painless and the powerwall, in the short time we’ve had it is exceeding our expectations.

I recently added a new solar array and battery alongside my existing FIT solar array. It was a complicated installation requiring the some existing equipment to be moved. From the initial site visit to final implementation, Infinity were responsive to my requests and provided excellent service. Their electricians Joe and Harry were pleasant and very competent. I have no hesitation recommending Infinity Energy Services.

Izaak recently installed an EV charger for us. He carried out the work to a very high standard, provided lots of options and worked with us to get the result we wanted.
I would highly recommend Izaak and Infinity for your future renewable energy requirements!

This is our second solar panel/battery installation, just like the first one this was carried out professionally and in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Infinity to anyone wanting panels and or batteries.

The company have responded swiftly to any questions and the installation has been prompt. The price was also competitive.

Oh and it all works.

Infinity were such a good company to work with. As our scheme required us to complete a complicated grant application we needed a great deal of support. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their support we were successful in the application. Their installation was first class.

Great service and communication from initial consultation through to post installation advice. Very happy with the end result. Would happily use again.

Infinity, from the first contact were polite, helpful and professional. We felt confidence as the customer, as they answered our queries promptly, we had a programme for installation, which took 1 day to install scaffolding and two days to install and connect the solar panels. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable. We are happy that we chose Infinity and are now waiting for some blue skies and sunshine.🌞
