The staff are very good at ITISON if there is a problem with a booking. I have phoned a few times and the staff are unfailingly helpful and polite when a problem arises and are quick to deal with it.

Such amazing customer service from staff!
Such amazing customer service!! I bought one of the one night stay vouchers for a hotel, when I tried to book - the date I needed was unavailable due to the allocation of rooms to this deal being sold out. I phoned itison customer support to query this as I already had travel booked and the woman I spoke to called Theresa who was so understanding and helpful, she contacted the hotel straight away to liaise with them and see if they could provide me a room. I was phoned back by Theresa not even 3 hours later to confirm that the hotel confirmed a room was available and she could have it added on to my deal due to my circumstances and she booked it for me. 10/10 customer service thanks so much 🥰
