My Dewalt Router arrived in good time…
My Dewalt Router arrived in good time and in good condition. The entire ordering process was excellent. The router was as expected, and i am sure that it will give me many years of good service as with my other Dewalt tools. I will be using ITS in the future.

Contacted ITS customer services and the support was top, very friendly and quick response.
One of the best supports I had.
Problem was solved sending a replacement for next day delivery.

Issue with brand new Rubi saw not running level on cut. Would not accept return and replacement and could not confirm how long the manufacturer warranty will take to replace. Poor customer service.

We would like to reassure you that we are committed to helping you resolve this as quickly as possible. Rubi operates a dedicated warranty service, where they will arrange for a specialist engineer to visit you on-site to inspect the saw and, where possible, resolve the issue without the need for you to send the machine away.
To arrange this, we simply need to complete the warranty registration with a few details about the saw and the fault. Once submitted, Rubi will contact you directly to arrange the visit at a mutually convenient time.

I paid for delivery as I should of got it on the Friday but had to wait till the next Tuesday I normally wouldn’t care but it was £10 delivery

Excellent customer service
So I realised ITS were doing an offer for a Makita battery for a fiver when you spent enough on other Makita products… but Screwfix were cheaper with the product I wanted. ITS price matched no problems at all, but by the time I went to place my order - the battery offer was over! Just my luck. Dropped ITS a quick email, they said it wasn’t a problem… called them and had the best (friendly and efficient) customer service chat ever (totally unexpected from a tools company)… and even got my gear next day from UPS!
I can’t praise ITS enough!
