Smooth and speedy transaction. Really nice door and fitted by two friendly members of staff. Very pleased

Having recently had a new garage door fitted I would highly recommend JB Doors. The full experience from visiting the showroom and being shown round by very helpful knowledgeable staff to having the door fitted by competent professionals Adie and Sam, all went well and was a pleasure.

Had my new garage door installed today. It was fitted by Adie and Phil who arrived promptly on time and were very efficient and did an excellent job. It looks very professional and of high quality. I would highly recommend.

New garage door fitted today in approx 21/2 hours by Liam and Ben excellent service, 2 very polite and efficient young men. Would not hesitate to recommend JBDoors. Cannot fault quality and service

Had a new garage door fitted on 5th Aug after the old one got damaged by an attempted break in.
After the break in, rang JB. Spoke to a really nice lass at the Rotherham branch, who arranged for to Jake do the survey and quote. Nice guy, no flannel or pushy over selling and gave us lots of options when it came to doors. As well as honest advice on door security.
We picked a traditional centre opening garage door, which had to be custom made, so took some time. Once the door was ready. JB contacted us and set a date for it fitting.
Ryan and Sam arrived at 1.30pm as arranged. The whole job took around three hours, That's removing the old garage door and frame. Prepping the space for the new one and fitting. They did a top quality job, even so far as replacing some of the older pvc above the garage door.
My husband is an engineer and very picky with stuff like this, and he couldn't find anything that could have been done better.

They showed up on time and determined what my problem was. My 24 yr old opener had a board problem. Could not be fixed. They installed a new Genie opener for me. Everything is back working fine. They knew what they were doing and things went smooth. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

After damaging my garage door beyond repair i was given this companies number by one of their satisfied customers. I can honestly say driving my car through a garage door has never been such a pleasure. They bent over backwards more than the garage door did, and provided a service that was second to none. From the 2 ladies I spoke to in the office, the man who provided the quote in record time to the chap that installed the new door, all were totally professional, polite and lovely to deal with and I felt really well looked after.
The new door was an improvement on the last with better security added and looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is searching for professional quality at an honest price. Thank you to all your marvellous team

I had been struggling to find my warranty for my roller door and the team at JB Doors were really helpful.
Rather than just sending a technician out at a cost, Kim suggested some ideas to try first. In the end it took a trip to JB Doors, £10 for the correct battery and now my door is fixed! Saved me a fortune and some stress. Thanks Kim!!

My garage door failed and I rangJBDoors Rotherham mid November and agreed to pay a deposit on two new springs
Until I got my visa bill 20 December I was unaware that I had paid £252 for two springs
Fitting took place 21 November and was completed within 20 minutes
The fitter told me the charge was £216. I told him I had already paid for the springs. He said I had only paid a small deposit
I need to explain that I only knew what i had been charged when I got my Barclaycard bill on 20 December
I rang JBDoors on 20 December to complain about the excessive charges and was told that all charges were explained in advance;this is simply untrue
In total the charges for supplying and fitting two springs was £468. I have received no invoice or guarantee

I recently had a fantastic experience with JB Doors for my garage door lock, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, ensuring I got the right lock for my garage door

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be recommending JB Doors to friends and family. Thank you for making this a stress-free experience!

New side hinged garage doors fitted today and very pleased with the quality of doors & service we received from start to finish. Great quality doors & secure locking system. Darren came to measure up and after discussing our requirements we settled on the best doors for our needs. He gave us a very competitive price covering the removal & disposal of our old door & installation of the new one. We paid the deposit and 6 weeks later Ryan & Mason arrived to carry out the work. They worked quickly and professionally and had the doors fitted in no time. Very tidy workers cleaning up after they’d finished and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving & taking the old door away for disposal. Upon completion we called the office and paid the remaining balance by credit card.

If you’re looking for new garage doors we highly recommend JB Doors for great service from start to finish.

Really easy process from start to finish. No pressure to buy, just one quick meeting to quote for a new electric garage door, I phoned to say yes, two men came out a few days later to install it. Easy to use, I’ve had no problems with it after two years. Looks great and works perfectly. 10/10 recommend.

New garage doors installed today. So pleased with the finished result.
Great service from the start.
Andy came out within a few days of submitting my online request. He was very knowledgeable, talked me through all options and helped me choose what would suit my needs and budget. Installation booked swiftly. Great communication from the office whilst waiting.
Phil and Reece arrived on instalation day when they said they would. Very professional and friendly. Tidied everything away. Gave a full demonstration with handy tips on how to preserve the doors.
Great job, highly recomend this company.

Absolutely brilliant company / team
From Phil’s visit to talk through our choices to the lovely lads Reece and Adie that arrived to fit our beautiful door . Great pleasant lads worked very hard. They did a fantastic job and tidied everything up . We are so pleased with the whole service.
Thank you also to the ladies that kept in contact throughout of the progress once we’d decided on the door , how long it would take and what to expect on the day . The door itself is of a very good quality and the working mechanism is a dream to use . Thoroughly recommend .
From Cheryl and Chris Chapman

Fitted me a new door today , initial sales/surveyor Phil was really good , informative and knowledgeable and happy to answer queries, as I said , the new door came today and fitters made a great job of removing old one tidying up and putting new one on
Had a few quotes before , so pleased I used these guys , recommend 100%
Ps it’s Bob Ward by the way 🤭

Very professional, reliable and responsive company. Came to quote and they were very competitively priced. On top of that the installation team were excellent. I had a small issue with a slight dent in one of the panels but they reordered and replaced with no issues. All now complete and I am over the moon with the results.
