Quick efficient Courteous
I have found JB heating to be very professional, efficient and courteous.
Repairing the boiler was performed very quickly, communication from the engineer and people at the office was courteous and professional. Communication about how long repair would take and costs were very good. The follow up from the repair about payment was clear and easy, once again communication was very good

Absolute fantastic company to deal…
Absolute fantastic company to deal with. A gent from Manchester way called Andy attended to a major leak in my house. Took him about 3 minutes to find the leak. Previous plumber had been to the job yesterday and couldn’t find the problem. Andy was very professional, efficient, informative and friendly. Andy Liaised with my Landylady whilst still at my premises. All I can say is keep doing what you’re doing at JB Plumbing because it works and your level of service is spot on.. Cheers!

I called for a emergency Plumber due to careless contractor.
I was promised an emergency visit. Just after lunch .
I rang everyv35 minutes to find out where the Plumber was and was informed they
were a few minutes away.
By 16:45 no one had arrived and I rang again and was told they are very near to you now.
This was all a pack of lies ,because no one ever came ,leaving disabled vulnerable elderly without help and water .
They don't supply emergency plumbers ..I do not recommend them for their lies. I have recordings of telephone conversations.
Since making this review the owner calked me to apologise ,and offered me a free visit ,no longer than an hours work.
I didnt take up the offer.
I NEVER cancelled..i was told the in call plumber had a family emergency and there were no other plumbers available by a lady who was Philippino ,and spoke poor English.
Therr response is a blatant lie and they have until the end of today to remove it.
Unreliable and liars too.

Very happy with my experience with JB
Very happy with my experience with JB. After visiting the property, they sent me a range of options with lots of details and then answered my questions to help me decide on the one for my requirements. Gary, the installer, was friendly, tidy, hard-working and explained everything I needed to know. The boiler itself, a Worster Bosch Greenstar 4000, gives lots of hot water in the kitchen and bathroom at the same time, and runs very quietly. My gas costs have more than halved since installing. Very happy.

Service couldn't be better
Rang for a boiler service at 9am, Garry was with me by 11am and did a cracking job.
We now have hot water again, boiler is serviced, carbon monoxide detector is up and one of our old gas pipes is capped. He was very professional and friendly. I'm a very happy customer!

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. We didn’t expect our boiler replacement to be so quick and easy, at such a good price. Communication from the office was extremely good with a prompt quote, quick booking and no hassle. Our engineer Gary was brilliant. He turned up on time, grafted for the entire day fitting the boiler quickly and efficiently. Great service and we look forward to using you again in the future!

JB heating were excellent. Very professional and thorough. Quick to respond to my initial enquiry and subsequent questions .
Helpful from the start , they replaced a broken shower, lots of companies would only fit a new bathroom!!!
Admin staff did loads to match my shower like for like as the old one was out of production. The plumber jack was lovely and did a great job, very professional and personable I would definitely use the company again .

Top class outfit

Great service from beginning to end. Booked an appointment for an engineer to fix my boiler the day after my call with a very friendly customer service staff member. Had an email confirmation and another email on the morning of the appointment. Jack, the engineer phoned to tell me he was about half an hour away and arrived exactly when he said he would. The cost was very reasonable and Jack fixed the problem quickly and efficiently as well as being a really lovely guy, My dog, Boogie, liked him too, which was a very good sign. Very happy with the service and I would not hesitate to use JB Heating again.

Highly Recommended!
It can be quite difficult to find good trades people/companies and its very rare I write a review. If you are looking for a heating engineer I would highly recommend this company. When I rang for a quote, the office assistant was knowledgeable, told me roughly how long it would take and the cost per hour. (I sent photos as well.) The engineer (Gary) was booked and arrived on time. He was professional, explained what the job involved and located the radiator where I asked. He was really nice, positive, tidy and did an excellent job. Thank you.
